The new phones are expected to come with the Snapdragon 7-series chipsets.

The G-series was meant to be a cheaper and more affordable version of the V-series, so I'm glad to see the ethos keeps rolling despite the new replacement line. I definitely don't mind Snapdragon 7-series chipset, they are more than sufficient enough for daily use.

Even Sony brings back that feature for their new Xperia 1 ii, so that tells something.

Removed the thinq name. Sound pathetic.
Since G7, Lg mobile is down.

      *!pstt still using G6 & V10

I bet this time they'll remove the 3.5mm jack & will still continue with the ugly front facing notch

I was actually more happy that there was a way to downgrade back to older system, than having newest version.

                Thats good news.
I dont need flagship processor just to surf net, chat and run few apps and phone.
Reduced prices with flagship design and elements sans most powerful processor sounds like a good deal for me.

Even security updates would have been a consolidation but lol none of that too.

Goodbye LG, G series whose at least worth something which can't be said anymore for rest of the LG gama.

$700 is still a lot of money for Snapdragon 765. 5G alone won't be able to raise the sales, it has to have other really good features to justify the price tag.
