apple sucks at everything, they have good phones but their actions are the worst. they try to sue every strong competition that gets in their way. why not sue other "small companies" that have used their patents? Because it wouldn't benefit them and it would be a waste. But if a strong competition like Samsung and HTC, i guess, it's a black propaganda.
I admire Apple, not their schemes.

Meee, 16 May 2012"Voice Talk" existed in Galaxy SII by press and h... morevoice talk was nothing like Siri or S-Voice. It was a simplistic voice command feature that has existed on countless phones for the last 10 years (I had a motorola razr with that feature).
I think you'll also find that holding the home button brings up voice commands on every iphone & always has since day one...
You're talking uneducated, ill informed nonsense coz you heard some kid state it as fact somewhere & therefore you believe it, but the fact is that apple have never copied anything to do with voice commands from any android phone & has had it since before the first android phone was released.
& for those that think siri was a copy of the android vlingo app. Vlingo existed on ios way before they released an android version...

This patent wars is just taking all the fun away. I own an iPhone and luv it. But please just cut out all that nonesense and start making a great fone which you wouldnt be afraid of being outplayed.

Easy just don't bother with the U.S market...
Apple copied everyone and then patented all the technologies that did not belong to them in the first place.
If they can't sort out their silly patent laws over in the States then the best phones in the world don't belong there.

I've had nearly every make of phone on the market and i currently have an iphone. I think its one of the best phones i've owned however all this patent nonsense is just stupid, Apple in my eye's are trying to strangle the competition out of certain markets. Common sense needs to be applied to patents for functions that many smartphones would use. This is very unhealthy business practice!!

"S-Voice" is and implement of "Voice Talk". Galaxy SII was released before iPhone 4S. Apple also took and cut short Sirius to Siri. Some example of names took from others, Apple from Beatle Apple Corp. iPad from Proview. iPhone from Canadian Comwave.
