This strategy brought old Nokia to its knees back in a dawn of Touch era. Announincg a phone 5 month before release or so. During that 5 months competition moved so much forward so when Nokia released its model it was already outdated, bad strategy, not sure Sony knows what they doing, havent though for last 5 years or so for sure

They all lack IP rating, some lack OLED and most lack telephoto lens. Only Moto G8 Power comes close. Same goes for phones with 675 like Samsung A

Huawei is a condemned brand, the sanctions are going to intensify.TSMC might even stop producing Kirin chips in future.
Therefore I will not recommend a Huawei phone at any price.
Sony phones have always been overpriced: the Sony brand tax. The X10m2 should be £250 max if you just consider the specs and compare with what other brands are offering.

At this point, its really a no brainer.

Now 10 ii has much smaller 1/2.8 with lower resolution.
Not even counting all other are isocell.
10+ has weaker cam performance than XA2. By far.
There are many better sensors than this one. 16MP 1/2.6, 12MP 1/2.6, 12MP 1/2.3, 23MP 1/2.3.
Don't trade a 29mm2 sensor for a 20mm2 and expect better performance.

If you do not consider this phone , what's the cheapest 2020 phone that has IP65/68, Gorilla 6 (both sides) and stereo sound?
Pixel 3a XL was released for more than $400. Plastic body, single cam, no sd slot, no IP rating and 64GB only version.
Samsung A series no longer has IP rating, many of them are plastic.
