Samsung makes there own panels.

Seriously. If you want to know how bad the S20 Exynos performs, go to Notebookcheck and they'll say it performs like SD855+ level but with severe throttling. GsmArena themselves have also noticed this.
Then try the actual handset itself, because I had a S10 Exynos and it's not doing well in games. Its battery life is also mediocre. I also tried the newest S20 Exynos and I can tell you that system performance is so-so.
Don't trust the benchmarks alone as they tend to exagerate single-core performance. Feels like Exynos 990 can't even touch Apple A12 and merely touches Kirin 980 to me. It's just a feeble chipset.
And now this bug. I know iPhones have somewhat limited features and specs, but a bug like this is seriously embarassing. Even cheaper Chinese phones such as the Mi Note 10 and realme X2 Pro won't have an issue this serious. $1400 and goes down the drain. Even 5G is only limited to sub-6Ghz and 5G coverage still very limited.

And also, i just can't miss the fact that Samsung's marketing Is the Best thing about their phones.... If you remember note 7, galaxy edge... Now this... And people still buying it as a most reliable... Look at the others, Huawei made this mistake on Mate 20 pro's LG display, LG flawed with bootlooping SD808 devices (mostly due to badly design chip) and G flex 2 with same issue long ago... These mistakes are common in conversations and discussions as well as concerns, but noone mention Samsung's.... Good job Samsung marketing team. Salute!

IpsDisplay, 16 Apr 2020I tell people LCD is superior for high refresh rates becaus... moreI don't know about you, but the perfect black is reason enough for OLED/Quantum Dot screens to be preffered, in my opinion. Besides, „dark mode“ doesn't really make sense on an LCD display.
Anyway, back to the S20. It's interesting how this green tint issue only seems to affect Exynos SoCs. As if the inferior performance and inferior battery life wasn't enough… This just adds fuel to the Exynos vs. Snapdragon debate, if it turns out to be true.

This the problem with OLED scree... morelol I remember red tint on my S8 and black crush on my S9 and a similar radioactive green on the Mate 20 Pro (that I returned). I really need to stop pre-ordering the very first batches but that's when samsung usually have some of the best offers/discounts in the US

I have the s20 U exynos with ATCT update, this problem only started with the current update and only on certain apps and specific parameters. So its a software issue that should be fixed.
The OP of the pics might have a hardware issue that just happened to have occurred with their particular device.

I tell people LCD is superior for high refresh rates because it has an independent backlight so there is no colour curve issues
But no one wants to listen, despite 90% of high refresh rate monitors dominated by LCD
But we are reminded everyday how
perfect OLED is in reviews etc
And how Samsung is the best oled ... Id give that to sharp if you ask me

This the problem with OLED screen before that S8 has redTint issue wither snapdragon or Exynos then S9s some units has screen black crashing issue that shows in even black wallpaper (used to has this issue on my pervious S9 plus) now s20 ultra the most expensive phone made by Samsung to date, yet has an screen issue sad. Hope Samsung ditch OLED soon and developing there mini led for there upcoming flagship instead.
