4000 should be seen as the base for the new larger flagships. I'd forgotten the Note 10's was only 3500, it's a surprise given Huawei and their Mate series has used 4000+ since the Mate 8, despite what people will say, they are rival devices. Software only does so much, sometimes you just need more.
