nokia is known for long lasting fon, while android will push to buy again and again..they are different in many ways...!!! nokia is preparing for the future not to be a one tym millionaire..
android delay all the features they hav and u nid to buy and buy again.. it will sack all ur penny till this os is dead..thats a bzness, making money..but nokia is making a history..when wp os get matured,android will be dead..

Nokia should seriously consider switchi... moreim not agree to go with android..i hav android and its not realable,its laggy, unstable os..yet wp is new,mid level but look to its performanz..android is on its limit and still sucks..!!! wp is immature for now but owesome..!!!

It does no... moreI don't know why Android fanboys such as you always wanna see Nokia start devices with that crap mobile OS. You think Android is fast, reliable with a single core Scorpion CPU? In your darn dreams!
At least Samsung and LG made the best decision to realise the true speed, reliability and wide-handset upgradability of Windows Phone with Samsung releasing more WP devices and LG doing research & development on it to maybe add their own apps with Microsoft's permission.
I also cheered when Nokia used Windows Phone for the Lumia series, because if it wasn't for WP, they even wouldn't think of "Hey! If the almighty Scorpions can have at least 1.3 GHz with Windows Phone, why not we use this speed for our own ARMs with Symbian as well!"

I've uzed a lota different fonez..this includez Bada, Android AND Symbian (alongwith sum other OS that don't really matter)..n I would still luv to uze a Nokia fone with a Symbian OS..if Nokia keepz comin up with fonez like N8 and 808, fonez that have high end cameraz with a xenon flash AND it providez good enough RAM, ROM, and CPU support (an FM transmitter iz also my fav feature)..um a Nokia customer till death do us apart..um not kiddin...I loved Ericsson...Sony Ericsson waz good until all da fonez started gettin manufactured in cheap plastic bodiez n da specz were only good on paper n not very impressive in actuality..n I loved LG back in da dayz when there were no cameraz in da fonez..even Samsung waz alright then..but now..I think Nokia haz a great chance of actually OWNING this battlefield
Az for IOS and/or Apple az a whole..I never liked any of their productz...n plz don't ask me why...there are a looota reazonz..let'z just say I never believed in "follow da leader"...I alwayz liked "different"...plus Apple never had anythin to be da "leader" ;)

A lot of people still use 5-6 year old Symbian phones and don't plan to change until they are beyond repair while Android adds another pair of cores each year to keep people buying.

Android can't compete with Windows Phone once there are more low end and mid end Windows Phone. Why would you want a laggy, buggy and crash prone Android mid or low end phone when you can get a low end WP (Lumia 610) that is super fast and reliable, I know I wouldn't.

Tizen is also a project between Intel and Samsung. Tizen is not released yet. How can u so sure, that it will be huge success. What about the existing Bada users?? Lol. My old N70(2005 model) have more apps than current Bada.

It does not have
A good Fludic Operating system feel and look of Apple iOS.
A Great App support which both Android and Apple enjoys like anything.
A great community support for both Android and Apple.
Continuous upgrades. Although Android phone users aslo have to wait a lot for their upgrades but they do get them eventually.
So Symbian must make way for Android or Windows 7 OS
Nokia has started making Windows 7 Phones and they are good too, but its about time they started coming out with Android devices.
The moment Nokia decides to embrace Android, their market share will go up like hell since the world knows it that they make the sturdiest of phone with great Hardware Support.
So NOKIA if you are reading this, adopt ANDROID and change your fortunes..

samsung fans... Would you mind answering these burning questions to me...
1.what are the features that symbian lacks ?? Features that android has and symbian doesn't.
2.what is the real use of smartphones ?? Do you really think symbian can't deliver on that ??
3.do you know the difference between 8mp (sg3) and 41mp (808) ??
4.what has samsung done with windows phone 7.5 ?? Nokia made lumia series. And it's selling like hot cakes. Why has samsung, with all its innovation couldn't compete with nokia when they're given the exact same weapon.
5.last but not the least.... How does it actually feels to upgrade from featureless samsung feature phones to ANDROID SMARTPHONES ?? It must have felt pretty awesome, right ??

If samsung Borrowed android , so does Nokia with WP and Symbian? and Yes Nokia with its all abilities and passion cannot get the best out of the borrowed WP.
Yes, we have to do the best with the borrowed stuff, the same applies to nokia as well. there is abosolutely no difference between core o/s layer of symbian wether it was on innov8 or N81.
Now , that i believe you have understood that 'Borrowed' applies for every one. Its not that you doubted Samsung's ability, i have listed few of Samsung's acheievements, to emphasize my point that other manufacturers (along with your beloved one) has abilities and at times excels in other areas. If you could see passion in Nokia , so does others can see in another manufacturer as well.
-I aint sure about the area or the carrier where you have faced network issues,but i'd say Please try with the Galaxy Lineup, i am not saying it will pull the signal miraculously, but have improved a lot.
-If you arent aware, Bada is soon to be merged with Tizen platform which samsung is developing rapidly.
-Build quality is not cheap for any flagship, your statment is plain wrong.
-What Design are you talking about?
-Now that you asked me, Samsung Innov8, Samsung pixon, Omnia 8910 these are the very few masters of Camera. Search Gsm arena and youy will find how they have used Samsung pixon as yardstick to measure the performance of other camphones in their reviews.
-With such a passion why all Nokia phones look the same? its the same screen every where, be it n95 or n81 or what ever n.
-Why should samsung come up with basic feature handset? i dont understand you question at all.
Once again, please donot mislead with your information. Nokia was rejected by google as they have proposed google to remove GMAIL, GMAPS (use ovi intead)and alter PIM data in android. this was adamant nature of Nokia and took an offer with MS with xxx$ pumping in.
Anser this , Why Nokia could not produce a TABLET for Symbian till date?
