as you can see with the link it is still offered with a plan https://shop.globe.com.ph/products/mobile/iphone-6s-whitebox

Sanitisers whose active ingredient is alcohol-based, e.g., propan-1-ol, require to be at least 70% to be effective at disrupting the cell membrane of bacteria and the fatty outer layer of virii and bacteria. Anything less than 70% reduces the efficacy of the product (spray/wipe), resulting in a false sense of protection against potentially pathogenic microbes that shall remain on the device (and in the case of bacteria, multiply).

Quote, "I had to apply new oleophobic coating to my phone because I had used a pretty aggressive sanitizer every day for a year."

Sorry to hear that. I can recommend two things.

      (1) Ensure your next phone purchase has an ingress protection rating of IPx8 (i.e., either IP58 or IP68). This affords the phone full water protection when submerged for up to 30 minutes. This will allow the phone to be washed with soap and water as one washes their hands.

      (2) Should one's phone not be IPx8 certified, rather than using 70% alcohol-based sanitisers that destroy the oleiophobic protective coating on the phone over time, it has been recommended by a microbiologist at UCL in London, to use ordinary liquid soap (non-bacterial) and a micro-fibre cloth to sanitise the phone.

The microbiologist demonstrates the cleaning procedure in a BBC video available at the following webpage:

Hey, how did you guess I'm using a cheap and nasty $50 piece of turd ?

Quote, "Higher refresh rate is simply superior on smartphone."

Higher refresh rates are not just "superior" on a phone, but also on TVs and monitors.

The biophysics behind refresh rates is that the average human eye can discern flickering at up to 72Hz, so 60Hz displays are noticeably flickery (CRT and LCD/LED work differently, and so on CRTs are more pronounced).

At 120Hz, any on-screen motion will be pin sharp smooth by reducing the level of blur and increasing the visual fluidity of on-screen objects. The 120Hz display (compared to 60Hz) also responds twice as frequently to user input updates, such as mouse movements or screen taps, which when combined with relatively low input lag, gives the user superior feedback and a much more 'connected' feel.

Anything beyond 120Hz is surplus to requirement, thus 240Hz gaming monitors are pointless. Besides, the law of diminishing returns advocates higher than 120Hz/144Hz will give marginal improvements as to make them not worthwhile.

And one more thing. If Android manufacturers keep raising prices, remove expandable storage, remove 3.5 mm jack, offer huge curved screen devices - when why is the hell I need Android? I'll buy just buy iPhone.

From the viewpoint of a typical average person that comprises the masses, it's a no-brainer to purchase the better (marketing) specced iPhone 12.

As much as I hate Google/facebook, these two are not going away anytime soon. Ios and android are different breeds catering to different markets. Once threatened by Apple, things are sure to change.

Besides, anyone looking for a superior 3.5mm jack/expandable storage/openness experience will automatically ignore Apple products.

Yes indeed. Apple has a low penetration in countries such as India, primarily because they are vastly overpriced. Should Apple wish to dominate in Asia, you are absolutely correct in stating they need to hit the sweet point with their pricing.
