iPhone Pro models are already overpriced for what they bring, so there is no reason for Apple to increase price further quoting 5G. But in all probability the low end of iPhone 12s will become a huge hit(it's a given, considering both XR and XI being profit makers for Apple since last 2 years), with both of them getting on OLED bandwagon which is a major step up from previous crappy 326ppi screen!

That's akin to saying, 'I don't care about type of coffee, I just need my fix of caffeine'.
By stating, "I need the Hertz", you come across as a Hertz-junkie - needing it solely to acquire the sense of euphoria upon having the 'Hertz'. You clearly have no idea what 'Hertz' means in regard to the refresh rate of the display.
Until such time when you comprehend the basis of refresh rate of a display, you do not require anything in excess of 60Hz.
In response to your other question, I suspect it is highly unlikely the iPhone 12 shall support 120Hz, though it may very well support 90Hz.

Apple, unlike all the other Android manufacturers (with the exception of Huawei and Samsung), have up to very recently been dependent upon Qualcomm for both ARM SoCs and the cellular radio. Qualcomm have therefore a near-monopoly on the supply of these vital components, hence the understandable markup on the 5G chipset within the SD865 equipped phones (in addition to the complexity of the 5G antenna contributing to increased cost).
Intel flogged their failing 5G modem business for a loss to astute Apple. Apple now design both ARM and 5G chips in-house, thereby becoming masters of their destiny. Consequently over a number of years, Apple shall recoup their initial investment in acquiring Intel's 5G modem business. They can therefore price their iPhones accordingly.
It is my belief Apple's bold strategy is to attempt to substantially eat into Android's 70-odd-% smartphone market-share during this decade, with the supply of an increasing number of iPhones at a number of price points - as clearly visible from the leak pertaining to four iPhone 12 models to be released in Q4 2020.
With increasing hubris, the Chinese manufacturers have considerably overpriced their phones in 2020, at a time where smartphone penetration is already very high and their secondary rival (Apple), it would appear, are set to launch an onslaught of flagship phones at varying price points (with the display size being the only key differential).
Should the leak of the forthcoming iPhone 12 Series be accurate, come 2021, Android manufacturers are set for a hard time to maintain their high price, else they are sure to loose sales, except from the staunchest anti-Apple and pro-Android fanbase. Case in point, why purchase a OnePlus/Xiaomi/Huawei/OPPO/Vivo/iQOO/ZTE/ASUS/Samsung/LG/Sony/Lenovo/Motorola/Nokia/Poxy Pixel with a Snapdragon 700 Series SoC, either without an IP or inferior IP rating, possibly without 5G, inferior hardened glass, low in RAM for $649, when one can purchase an iPhone 12 with the entire repertoire of flagship features for the same money, $649 ? From the viewpoint of a typical average person that comprises the masses, it's a no-brainer to purchase the better (marketing) specced iPhone 12.
Apple's iOS may very well be a walled garden environment, but at least from a security and privacy perspective, it is vastly superior to Android - albeit for the masses who do not tinker with underlying OS (it is Google who has added a layer of insecurity atop of the Linux kernel for their insatiable lust of users' data and ad-promulgation).
A typical Android user, on the other hand, has to stave off threats from ads, malware, data-harvesting. Many of the threats shall either go unnoticed, or will be considered 'part of package', as with all things Google, everyone is aware of their 'philanthropic goodwill' to make all their services free at the point of delivery, thus most are accepting of the lower privacy and security threshold in return for the use of Google's infrastructure/apps.
History has repeatedly shown that today's technology becomes the obsolescence of tomorrow. The time is ticking for Android, Fakebook, etc. It won't be long before they will become nothing more than a passing footnote in the anal passage of history.
[Thus far, only the veneration of the x86 architecture and Windows have deftly defied the apparent law of eventual technological redundancy. Long may Windows and x86 live - Amen]

Yes, you need to add the taxes, etc. So aren't that cheap. But at least i hope that those prices will force some overpriced phones from Android to drop its prices to compete in advantage so is a win win for Android customers too. It'll be interesting the prices comparative once Apple release these phones and the upcoming Android ones. With people not wanting to spend money due to the actual pandemic with all stopped, lost of works, and all we sadly are suffering... maybe we will watch some lower prices for a while at some point this year and profit to buy a new phone.

Ok this is pretty good might be my first time buying an iPhone,will it have 120hz though?I don't care about how 'fluid' the animation's are I need the Hertz. The only way Samsung can compete now in h2 of 2020 is to price the note 20 ultra at 1200$ considering all these iPhone prices are for 64gb and extra storage would be about 50-100$ more

People forget that those prices are without taxes, so you can ad at least 20% over, and that for 64gb. Sales of 11 series are extreamly low so, maybe, for users sake (i'm not one of them), apple could lower the prices for 12 series.

I think it's pretty nice that they are finally using AMOLED panels for the cheaper models.
I wonder if there is going to be a price increase in Europe, though…

I think apple is realizing the importance of pricing their smartphones right whereas Android smartphones nowadays have crazy pricing. Apple now only has to get their pricing right in other countries except America.

If this is actually true, we have gotten to point where Apple costs around same as Xiaomi, One Plus and Huawei and is even cheaper than Samsung and Oppo. Is it finally time to leave Android? If all phones cost now above 1000, I might as well try Apple, since in half a year it wont lose more than 50% of its value like Sammy does.

Traditionally OnePlus do not reduce their prices, even when the next iteration is launched. For example in the EU, though the OnePlus 8 Series has been released, its seventh series predecessor hasn't dropped one iota.

Would you be so kind to elaborate on your "bad experience with Android devices" ? I'm not in the least surprised as I've been testing a number of Android devices and have found them to bundled with malware and rootkits. These then plague the phone with all manner of disruption such as buffer overflows, ads, data siphoning, etc, unless these malicious moieties are forcibly removed via root access.
So what were you unfortunate enough to encounter ?

They probably had fantastic sales from the iPhone 11 series, no wonder they could make the iPhone 12 series's prices more compelling.
On another note, I kind of wished the iPhone SE 2020 had much better battery life. It was really close to being my next phone after my bad experiences with Android devices.
