as of firmware update 1.28, the HTC One X unbranded international has localized their language, and deleting some of their Beats audio profiles. such a shame, goodbye Beats Pro/Studio hello UrBeats profile(what the hell)

For goodness sake will people in here never learn?? HTC are not the only ones who have software issues. All manufacturers have issues including Samsung of which some I have witnessed. I am tired of hearing people say they hate HTC just cos of one issue or HTC build crap phones that don't work. Just stop trolling and if you don't like it then go and get your over rated GS3 plastic slab. Personally I don't like Samsung phones

I still also have a HTC HD2 (windows phone) and its a great one, no faults smooth operation and a great design. Downside for me was the app store. I'm not sure what the One X is like. But that HTC phone in particular had no major issues that needed updates. Just the one to upgrade to MANGO

My one x initially had power mgmt problem butbthat has been fixed with the ota update. But there is still the issue where the existing call cannot be closed and the phone hangs for about 20-30 secs during which no calls can be received.

Ive had 2 one X's both had the software updates done and they were still crap. I admit that it is a great looking phone and feels nice in the hand but the software sucks. Once the HTC started heating up thats when the problems start. I am now using Galaxy Note no problems what so ever. Cant wait for GS3 to come Australia.

I'm now on my 4th one, i dint get mine from Carphone Warehouse but from a network store. Mine keeps loosing signal on the lock screen and will display "preparing SIM card" when i'm in the middle of something. My newest one is doing the same thing, also had pixelation on the screen and problems with the camera also, really like HTC but i'm really tempted with the SGS3.

I'm sick of problems with my Hox, going back and getting the GS3 when available.Never owned a Samsung before so I'll hopefully have no more problems with wireless and app issues.Sorry HTC, love the look of your phones but they have also GOT to be reliable.
