Why dont htc wack a high res lcd on the one s. That together with the 1.7 ghz krait would make it untouchable.

Only in Taiwan for now, and rest of world tomorrow as they arrive probably. They was doing same thing with Desire! First Desires was working rock stable with no overheating with Amoled, after few months we have Desire with SLCD and they burn your hands because of overheating problems and lock ups.

Looks like singapore will be getting the old snapdragon S3 as well. Thanks HTC, I wont be waiting for the One S anymore. getting myself the galaxy S3

Camera is very comparable. S3 is not that much fast. Mainly because of overclock. Removable battery and expandable battery. Also almost for sure to run better overall and get more support.

I have a rooted Sensation HTC which I have rooted to 1.7GHZ it goes pretty well and the Beats Audio Rocks!!!

to be honest, Snapdragon S3 is not slow, actually it's extremely fast. The only problem is the battery life will be affected :D

Same upgraded 1.7 GHz CPU will be in the One S sold in Thailand. It got demoed today.

the true reason why HTC has downgradeded the One S that is a better (and more beautiful) overall performer that the "named" and more expensive flagship the One X..
i have been waiting for this phone to finally launch in Greece for almost 2 months now (i am an HTC fun)..
the One X & V were available since the 8 of April.. the One S still isn't..
when i contacted HTC and also sent an email complaining about this, they gave me total bull explainations why this is happening..
i am tired of waiting for giving HTC my hard earned money.. i ordered today the Samsung Galaxy III..
just another disapointed customer here..
so well done you stupid managers!

Both 4.3" SAMOLED (Advanced in RAZR) with qHD screen res. Both 16GB internal storage and 1 GB RAM, only RAZR has memory card slot as well. 8MP shooters + RAZR has 1.3MP in front, not just VGA as One S. HDMI on RAZR and not just TV out, and you get the wonderful 3300mAh battery no one can compare with. Not to mention the Smart Actions, Webtop and MotoCast. ICS a few weeks away.
