BrendonF, 26 May 2020Wow you are correct. Don't think our requirements even come... moreI understand your point Bro. For me, I just need faster charging to charge my phone in an hour before going to work so that I no longer need to carry my charger. With regards to OIS, I just want it for peace of mind. It is also helpful in stabilizing video capture.

I have qc 3.0 but I rarely use it except in emergencies as fast charging degrades the battery much quicker. OIS is useful IMO in the Tele cameras. I use a non OIS phone and I don't remember the time I had blurry photos.

if extra software and a sheet of graphite are the only changes compared to the regular model while downgrading the camera modules then this feels like a bit of a scam, tbh.
that "HyperBoost" software could be rolled out to the regular X50 Pro, i bet, and the graphite sheet, well... i'd be very sceptical about its benefits. for one, does a slightly reduced battery temperature boost the SoC clock speeds / prevent thermal throttling or how is that supposed to help with gaming performance? also, i didn't know glass and whatever is below it (plastic?) was a good conductor of heat

A 'gaming' phone without a headphone jack is not a real gaming phone. Ask Xiaomi why they decided to put a headphone jack on their 3 series after not having it on the previous 3 phones.

They should have put front facing stereo speakers with slim bezels on top and bottom and a bigger battery like other gaming phones

Wow Realme truely pocoed Xiaomi. $380 for SD865 with 90 Hz amoled screen is fantastic.

The overwhelming popularity of Realme makes me want to own one of their high-end phones. But when I browse all of their phones in this site, I was disappointed to find out that none of their phones has an OIS in the camera. For me, the most important specs of a smartphone that makes me want to buy it are FASTCHARGING, FHD+ DISPLAY (at least), and OIS in camera. This is just my preference though and may be irrelevant to many.

It's not the best phone but for around 420€ the specs are very good.

                      Good phone

This is already better than poco

This is the true successor to the Pocophone F1, not the Poco F2 Pro. A device that's only performance oriented and nothing more.

Realme out Poco'd Poco. This may be the first Snapdragon 8XX I buy in 4 years. I'm glad they used a Sony IMX 586.

Phone doesnt looks bad but Nubia red magic with active fan cooling impressed me much more than phone with graphite sheets for cooling.
Like Samsung Galaxy fold 2 with Ultra thin glass proven by Zac Nelson aka Jerryrigeverything its just like advertising more like marketing gimmick or cool on paper knowing to have but when phone gets teared down it proven its just waste of money and tech investment in the phone because its makes zero difference having or not having ultra thin glass inside the phoe under plastic screen.

single punch hole was okay, dual punch naah, i will pass

The back panel looks so boring (again). Only different gradiation pattern. Thats it. Wondering realme team doesn't have any at least just 1 person for creating for innovative design especially for gamer phone. Look at rog phone, blackshark and nubia. No wonder if this brand still left behind xiaomi. Realme has no innovation at all.
