I had already made up my mind to buy the galaxy s3, but now I will wait and see what MS comes up with this. I hope they remove some of the annoying restrictions such as no bluetooth file transfer, USB mass storage mode, memory card support etc., that plague this otherwise good platform now...fingers crossed !!!

      Haha!

      Whats up Microsoft?!

What have you done with Lumia 900 and Titan II?

Single core, 512mb ram and 16gb mem0ry? What a waste!

How about this? Go online, surf the web. Check your competitors specs then go to your lab and draw the blueprint to your next flagship version...

Don't compare your half baked Windows phone with a functional OS like Android, besides if it was up to people like you computers were still single core?

Have you heard of evolution? Hipster.

i think it should support dual core cpu.because thay siad lumia 900 can run it.and i don't think that they make their new os for quad core suddenly after a single core os.

Anonymous, 05 Jun 2012Well, multi-core support is purely from a marketing point o... moreI have upgraded from GS II to GS III and I can see a massive difference in performance and speeds, The extra cores really do make a difference when multi tasking and playing games, Maybe some day day when you get a phone with 4 cores you will see the difference, Until then get your facts right before talking.

at least add some basic function like bluetooth file transfer or normal USB mode instead of Zune-dependence

                    Let me predict!
Firstly, multi core maybe dual core and quadcore support. And not more than quad core.
Secondly, 1 gb Ram as usual
NFC capable, looks exactly like Windows 8, 1280x800 resolution.
Features nearly the same as iOS.

But I wish, WP8 can sync multiple computer using a cable without deleting the items in the phone.
                    That's lame man!

So, W8, WP8 and Windows Tablet 8 will be look the same. Just like what Apple did.

Please M$ add more country support!

Maybe M$ will make their own SIRI

Lets hope it supports tethering, memory cards, has customising of home screen as an option. Odd isn't it how Android is so much like windows in my opinion, but windows has always been so locked amd lame as mango, its almost sterile. Things like not being able to upload your photos, have a memory manager, even adding an audio equalizer, or alternative browser in mango is well you just forget it. Had a Lumia 710, a very short encounter actually, never again! Thanks microsoft, but not for me. Hated no ota software updates too, no I don't want to have to link device to a pc, as no longer use one.

People want it because it sounds cool/good, not because it is actually worth anything. At the end of the day, do I really NEED 4 cores? Maybe for the inefficient Android OS.

Wow! Multicore processors! :-) And what about all those statements that Microsoft made that multicore CPUs were useless? Oh, wait... now that we are able to support them, we realized that they are actually faster! ;-)

well , i really liked the Lumia 710 , but a specifications or should I say restrictions WINDOWS has set on it , is something I didnt like .

Windows is going the same path as Apple . Example : Dependence no ZUNE , restrictions on Blutooth Transfer . No modem connectivity . Apple is successful with Similar retrictins , Im not sure if the same would work with WONDOWS .

I hope they lift a few of those restrictions with this launch .
                                Thanks :-)
