When you can see only one option or you think that option is the best, without checking or knowing other options..well, what can I say, I feel sorry for this fanboys, I really do.

Well that is disappointing.
This one is starting to look like a V60 with better screen and speakers ... but in camera departement, it's hardly an upgrade.
V60 even brings more manual options and better sound than Xperia 1 II does ... even preorder bonus for Xperia 1 II is not good, they could bundle at least WH series.

[deleted post]Do you have something worthwhile to say the least? The value proposition of this phone with the included wireless headphones is insane. Just the peace of mind that your personal data are not being processed on the other side of the globe makes it the absolute choice in June.

"Everybody" (Sony fanboys) are praising Sony phones, but nobody buys them. Hmm, must be a conspiracy, lol. Or maybe, some people are smarter..who knows.
This phone, the same as Motorola Edge+ will not sell. I mean, this phones will cost at launch, the same as an Iphone 11 Pro Max. Not saying Iphone 11 Pro Max deserve its price, but at least that phone has a better OS and long software updates (at least 5 years).
Sony has..well only the name, and Motorola has a design that Samsung have it on their phones since 4 years ago. Way to go Sony and Motorola, you are revolutionizing the phone industry. Lol.

This phone is really worth every penny. 3.5 mm in 2020. Just wow. And don’t forget the included wireless headphones. It is also no spy machine. Please stop comparing this to chinese brands which are price subsidized by their government. And with snapdragon here in europe I can now see past Samsung and its inferior performing exynos.

However... moreFor those audiophile LG V60 ThinQ series would be better option than Xperia 1 II because not only LG phones usually has better speakers but it also has 32-Bit Hi-Fi Quad Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) which mean you'll get better audio than Xperia 1 II from 3.5mm jack.
If you like Sony for what ever reason i'm fine with that but don't try to deny the facts that other brands offers better phones at cheaper price.

There are another brands much better than Sony as Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, OnePlus ...
Sony & Nokia are examples of a great past and a slow and progressive decline.
