You my friend suffer from delusions of grandeur.
Next thing you'll say is that 90% ppl prefer MacOS over windows but don't use it coz it's expensive.
Android is the first choice of OS on smartphones just like Windows is the first choice of OS on the PC platform. Apple lost both the PC and smartphone war.
Androids are true daily drivers when it comes to customizablity, multitasking, full featured functionality, security and privacy in your own hands and just an overall workhorse. It's not handicapped like iOS devices.
Keep using toyOS and justify your expensive purchase.
ME personally would never choose iOS devices, no matter how cheap or expensive they are.
I don't like downgrades. Moving from Android to Handicapped iOS is a huge downgrade.

And, 90% of people prefer iPhones and all other android manufacturers when compared to ZTE phones! Totally a fair comparison, by the way.

80% of users(Majority) have already chosen to stay as far as possible from the locked and restricted slavelike iOS ecosystem.

I have already posted here in November 2019 as soon as I bought iPhone 11 128 GB that it will be a super hit considering it’s specs (Matching 11 Pro Max) and price (less than XR when it was launched) .....So far in the past several years since early first two generations I saw real value in an iPhone. Later I switched to XS Max 512 GB & 11 Pro Max 512 GB. I couldn’t stand iPhone 11 horrible display after spending years and years on WHD AMOLED...

Not everybody bases their descisions of what is most "bang for the buck". In fact, half of the people don't even care about 90hz display expandable storage HDR100000++++ OLED super fusion technlogy display. They just want good ecosystem and actually solid device.

Raw numbers don't give context of how those same numbers are accumulated, it doesn't shed light on people's social influence, if they are tech savvy, the options they have available etc

Samsung S20 series from this y... moreagree, when people buy a flagship like S/Note series not only its expensive but those are high end devices which can last atleast two years. and every year not much hardware changes, so people wait two years to change their phone, that why they feel the difference and some value for me.

im adnroid user all life , but i know that apple is better hard and soft , dont compare android vs ios here this is about company sold units , compare it to every brand , apple is the first smartphone apple will be the most luxurious phone forever apple make their stuff alone soft and hard , other brands get android os already done from google , apple deserves the first place thats all ,apple phones can be used for many years so you dont need to buy every year cheap phone like androids do , if you are satisfied customer you stay with the divice only rich buy every year the new model, in android world mid range phones and old phones are trash thats why android people buy more often mid phones ... simple so you must even compare here the flagship sales of every brand with iphone 11 sales lol .. wrecked

Not having the "too many options problem". "Which device should I pick, is this good, or is the other one good?" A new iphone is released and they just go and pick it up. While this could be consider an easy way out, it is also not very smart. I mean, they are going head first without assessing the options. And not necessarily each year the iphones come with something new or interesting. So, they are just getting a device that is expensive but having not much to offer for that money. Except maybe software, but even here there is much debate, because of the restrictions Apple is imposing on their phones (for "security reasons").
On the other way around, the Android people have many options true, and in some ways this makes them a little more smart or at least more experienced when going out to buy a new phone. But at what cost? The flexibility and openness of the Android system is actually its downsize too. Everybody can work with it and so many times the results are not great. How many true good and stable Android phones are released each year? Few each year. And how many problems (especially software ones) occur on Android phones? A lot.
So which is the good choice here? Sadly, there is none, both systems have their advantages and disadvantages. In the end, however we look at it, or whatever system we choose, we get some things but we loose other things, like in life.
