seriously who cares about a stupid camera when the rest of its antique and floored from the start.Only nokia would do a stupid thing like this and just to let them know the camera war isover.People who want a good and I mean good camera just buy a decent compact digital.Another thought that has got passed nokia that lots them keep bring out rubbish tech.Its like buying a ferrari and finding out there a tata engine under the bonnet.Epic failure of the highest order we salute you nokia.

then 2mp (in size)
2- nokia less dpi sense 8yrs never been less than 300dpi
this one is 240 (haaa??)
3- check the details of the photos you will find that the guy use photoshop light-room to generate this photos

the question is you buy this phone is because you want a good quality photo or a easy carry (phone + camera)?
if you want a good quality photo, I do recommend you to get DSLR or EVIL camera..
if you want an easy carry, small, light camera + phone, but the photo quality may not performed as in DSLR or EVIL, you are right to get this phone..

actually this camera phone chip is originally 38MP but nokia had overloaded or tuned or tweaked it to be 41MP and i beleive it bec. i now have this phone and checked its camera driver and i search it {google of course} and i found its originally 38MP camera chip.
i love nokia :D

Comparing 808 with iPhone 4(when 4s is better in every respect, it even doesn't produce iPhone 4 fake colors, and it's out by some months now) and with Galaxy Nexus or Lumia 800 crappy cameras? Or putting in same test an iPhone 4 and a Sony Nex5 with APSC sensor?

In some of them if you experiment some tunning you will get a stunning result...
