The 5 year update system of iOS is a giant scam. You get latest features 5 years late on an average(10 years late in this case).
Android is light years ahead of iOS in terms of functionality, customizability, security and ease of use. Android from 5 years back can do things iPhone can't.

In mx player you can have pip, resizable, move off screen and have audio play in the background, yes its not native but it is possible

Smart move by Apple. All these changes are not really for existing users but for Android users who are on the fence. Someone who's like 'Oh I haven't got an update since ages..my battery dies fast...unknown play services drain..or simply.. let me try the other side''. More reasons for droid users to switch and try the new os. Prices excluded :)
