I am on Fido (Canada). Got p20 pro from Fido 1.5 years ago. No update at all, still on 9.1.0.365.

I gave up waiting and upgraded to Samsung galaxy s10. Been huawei user since 2016. But this P20 have been downgrading the camera quality just for us to upgrade to a newer version. Several error i had with huawei camera. Either the camera stabilization doesn't work when i open it or the images get sharpened to get an ugly image quality. It's just bad. Bye Huawei, hello Samsung.

I have seen lot of people trolling lg and asus for late software update and saying huawei will get fast update and lg and asus are slow in update but lg g7 and lg v40 phones which was released in same year p20 released.

I'm from India and have Huawei P20PRO from Docomo network Japan. The phone is unlocked and I am getting a prompt for software update. When I try to update over mobile data then I get a prompt that the phone isn't connected to the Docomo network. I'm unable to update it via WiFi as it says no update available. Please advise how I can update my P20PRO.
