I have the LG Stylo 5G and ever since the latest update from LG (Android 10) my phone has been screwed up. It shuts itself off will not make calls screen changes on it's own when clicking icons other apps open instead of chosen one. When leaving my home WiFi and returning at a later time my home WiFi password settings are lost (not retained have to be rentered) and have talked with LG chat support they aboustely refuse to do anything to resolve any issues whatsoever.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER LG PRODUCT EVER.
THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND UNLESS YOU HIT THEM IN THEIR POCKETBOOK.

I hate this update. My apps won't open. I can't play music. The camera & gallery won't open. I have to reboot it 3-4 times a day. I absolutely hate it

i.Am Hymn , 29 Jun 2020Wtf happened to the extended (scroll) part of Capture+? 🤬 HymnI liked the extended scroll on screen capture and the text tool. I used both those tools often. It won't recognize my fingerprint. It is MUCH slower too.

This update is the worst ever! My keyboards are gone & what they left me with effed-up! I hate the setup and I want this crap off my phone! Tomorrow first thing in the morning I will be at the store demanding that they figure out how to take it off. If they don't take it off or can't take it off or don't know how to take it off I will be getting a new phone and this will be the last LG phone I ever get in my entire life! I did not want the update in the first place oh, and it did it on its own just now. I've been trying to fix my husband's phone for the last 4 days! We hate it this is the biggest mess up LG has done ever! And by the way if I do get a new phone I will not be buying it from the store – I will make sure that they do not receive any more money from me! Heck, at this point I'm almost ready to change companies even!

Ever since the update, the people on the other end of my phone calls cannot hear me. Everything is cutting in and out and no matter how many times I reset my phone it doesn't fix it. I am very upset with this update

The phone will no longer read my fingerprint. I have to restart my phone at least 2 times a day because it keeps telling me that my sim card was removed and then reinserted, Im just scrolling on my phone. Ive never dropped it or got it wet. This new update sucks!

I have a Stylo 5 with Verizon and I have yet to see this up date. Does anyone know anything on Verizon when it comes to this update? Thank you in advance :)

It's not at all good, i don't understand the comments appraising it. dark mode is subparr, but the gui is horrible now. i chose thia phone because it didn't have the gross interface other, more popular phones had, and now it's just as bad. the phone had changed too much, and is almost a completely different phone at this point. the battery is shorter than before, the phone has too much space taken from the update, and the interactions are slow and not pleasing to look at. if there is a way to go back onto the old version, without loosing my information, i'll gladly take it, even if bugs and security issues may follow.

Ive never had a problem with my phone n now I'm being told to buy a new phone. Im not spending 500$ every year on a phone! My 500$ phone should last 5 years or more!

Since this new update i have had so many problems with my phone and its only 2 months old .. My phone would go completely dark and i have to wait 5 mins for it to fix its self, google restarts its self everytime i go to search for something ... Please fix these bugs
