But the thing is, you keep on complaining "No charger in the box!" when in reality the phone+charger=$680(for the base model) is still an extremely low price to pay(especially since they can cut prices for future phones).

It will be interesting to see Apple sell the phone, box, earphones and charger separately. But for Samsung and the rest, that decision can be tragic, especially to the user. C'mon guys, lets respect Apple consumers because they would even buy a charger at $200. I just wished that Apple products were sold at the MSRP in my country because buying an iphone 11 at $950 is a disaster.

[deleted post]Yeah, I am a fanboy extreme. I had 2 iphones up until now, 4 months an iphone 8 plus (bought second hand) and now, since 1 month ago, an iphone SE 2016 (bought second hand).
Meanwhile I had tens of Android phones and tablets. And some Windows phones back in the day.
If anything, I always considered myself an Android user and fan. But, I had so many bad experiences with Android phones, that I said enough.
I am not a fan of iphones, I think they are overpriced and Apple is doing a lot of "little" things just to take more money, but their phones are miles ahead of any Android phone, in long term usability and software. And that is a fact.

What I meant is that Apple is following an already existing trend to deliver the phones with no accessories in the box, and making the accessories separated products. I really don't care about petty discussions about what product is better. That's for the consumer to decide.
In my opinion it is a good decision. Normally an iphone user has already earbuds/headphones and plenty of chargers and powerbanks. Also normally the accessories that come with the phones are not as good as the consumer expects, so why bothering?
Since that it is already a trend, there is nothing under the sun.

Meanwhile Android phones came with everything out of the box, super high end specs and after 6 months my S9+ was already having small lag and battery issues. Yeah yeah, I didn't know how to use it, right?
Is like going on a date with that gorgeous girl until she opens her mouth, then is game over, lol. Same with Android phones, it's good to have one, until you start interact with it.

I'm a tech freak and I don't have any adapter that outputs power via USB-C. I do have tons of regular USB ones. Besides, everyone at least has a computer with 1x USB where you could charge via regular USB to Lightning cable. With USB-C to Lightning, you can't even do that unless you really have the very latest and higher end device coz cheaper ones still don't come with USB-C...

Joke's on you, I don't buy new iphones anyway.
My last iphone bought, from a specialized second hand phones shop, came without anything. Just the phone and 1 year warranty. No box, no case, no cable, no charger, no headphones. I still bought it, my hand didn't fall off. Thus being said, I think Apple is mistakenly doing this, for all the new users who wanted to buy an iphone.
For me personally, not a problem. I already have 3 pair of wireless headphones, already have 3 or 4 chargers and cables at home lying around.
