For a company that touts to be the flagship killer or doesn't want to be like everyone else.
They are sure good at releasing phones that look like everyone else, and they are releasing phones like everyone else every 2-3 months.
If they truly wanted to challenge the industry, then look at Xperia 1 ii, there is absolutely nothing like it in the market.

Considering that the cheapest OnePlus 8 with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage costs $699, this sounds like good news. Still, I'll wait for the official specs to see if the Nord is worth to buy.

Oneplus are doing good to keep their prices competitive, the problem is other hardware companies increasing the prices with every new feature like oled panels 120hz, faster ram, for example next Qualcomm processor 875 will be 100 more expensive so it means flagship range will become even more expensive, I hope and believe a lot of users will turn to midrange class and mediatek to avoid those unreal price rises. The new Xiaomi Redmi 10X Pro 5G cost just 290€ it’s very good phone for the price and will become phone of the year, much better than paying almost 2k.

They're becoming oppo now, an overpriced brand. You can't associate the word affordability to them anymore. They should concentrate to the high end category than going down to midrange or lower range with noncompetitive pricing.

So disappointed that we will see selfie camera "pill". Literally the worst front facing camera implementation option besides the center hole punch. Would gladly take a subtle water drop notch similar to OP6T and it would have been a cost reduction. Just threw up....due to another bad pill. :(
