If Exynos 992 with new cpu and gpu architecture is good, then Note 20 should be a nice upgrade over my S10/ROG 2 Combo.

Most phones like iPhone have different memory management compared to Android where apps are frozen without true multitasking.
That extra second that you get with robotic arm can mess up lot of the test since the OS gets more time to handle those tasks.
If it was at the same pace as an average human, I'll call it fair game.
Besides, How are those tests that I linked to flawed?
They disable animations to keep fair game.
They also slow down video to see who wins.
If difference is too small, they count it as a tie.
They repeat these tests multiple times before recording on camera to make sure results are accurate.
You think just because A13 scores 50% more in Single core benchmarks, it will perform 50% faster?
Now in the face of evidence, you question their reliability?
2-3 apps opened with that robotic arm is equivalent to a person opening 5 apps in the same time frame in real life. How can a test like that be considered reliable proof?
It's funny how Samsung S20 ultra which loses in speed tests on all other youtube channels wins on this site.
Just think about it all Youtubers speed test result pointing to S20 ultra lagging behind Chinese flasghips while phone buff guy with debunked robotic arm scam putting S20U at the top?

In every speed test the S20 ultra lags behind find X2 pro, OP8 pro, Xperia 1 II, Mi 10 Pro.
When asked for proof, all you submit is some phone buff link pitting S20 ultra vs iPhone 11 pro Max.
Where are the links for S20 ultra the so called fastest Android beating the other flagships in speed tests?
You also think Chinese manufacturers are cheating on benchmarks without any proof.
Even the Redmi k30 pro gives score of 592k consistently after repeated benchmarks compared to Xiaomi's own mi 10 Pro which has dedicated cooling yet throttles badly.
Those phones are simply better optimized.
The upcoming ROG 3 gives score of 642k coz of overclocked chip and 16gb RAM.
You do realize that Antutu isn't just about cpu benchmarks, it judges overall performance including read write speeds, RAM, GPU, AI, etc.
Most of these Chinese flasghips have ufs 3.1, more RAM, which does add to the overall SCORE.

Do you know the size of a Laptop CPU ?
Even with those high speed cooling fan the Laptop CPU usually runs around 80 degrees if you put 60% load on it.
Also ARM's technology is much better than the conventional technology.
According to my research if you take similar type of 2 SoC theoretically, one based on ARM and other the pc cpu tech. ARM will be both energy efficient and faster(may be double).
As gaming smartphone hasn't been popular yet. When it does(if it does) SoC manufacturers will make high performance version of their regular flagship SoC.
For example the standard SD875 will come with 1*X1+3*A78+4*A55 configuration.
And my theoretical performance version might come with 1*X1+5*A78+2*A55 configuration.
The problem is SoC maker make SoC for regular phones, not gaming phones. They don't provide too much power which will produce heat that regular smartphone can't handle.
This is why I'm with those people who thinks buying a gaming phone has more drawback than it's advantages.

Speed Test G is a very good way to measure performance. I don't see your Chinese brands to do any good this year. They just post good benchmark score but lag behind in true test.
