Xiamomi has better value for mo... moreAnyone who has used both OP & Xiaomi would know that OP UI is far better (no irritating apps or notifications from notorious sources) than MI UI. I have been using 5T for last 3 years and haven't faced a single issue with software as well as hardware.
OP is basically for sophisticated users who love clean performance without unnecessary drama, MI is for the typical college kids who want to do 100 things with their phones at the same time.

OnePlus(OP) has been underdelivering for the past few years. Till OP 5 it was true value for money. With the arrival of the T models, OP just made fun of it's customers. So they are intentionally selling a subpar product in the beginning, then making minor tweaks and hype it like it's the invention of the century. The flagship killer has itself turned into a flagship. Like Anakin Skywalker turning into Darth Vader. The dark side I sense in it. And when things being blown out of proportion wasnt enough, OP announced a mid range budget smartphone. They are selling 5g phones when the 5g network is just not available. And the marketing strategy is just so overwhelming that I'm totally done with this product. Give us a break OP. Stop fooling us and taking us for a ride.

The 765G can even reach 120Hz in some uncapped games such as Dead Trigger 2 in the Xiaomi K30, so they are definitely not worried about OxygenOS lagging at 90Hz. Also if you take a look at some of the most expensive MicroSD cards out there such as the SanDisk Extreme Pro A2 card, they are around 15 times slower in actual tests in random read IOPS compared to UFS2.1. This would slow the phone down A LOT if people started storing lots of their everyday data on the MicroSD and not on the device. (OnePlus trying to keep things Fast and Smooth at any cost, even if it means they loose some sales.)

Say No to Flop cameras. Its not 1+ leagues game, you good at speed just play with that, You have got enough time to be versatile. But you cant match Sam or App. Keep prices low or just be inspired with Htc and see what they found in end. Too much greed is not good. Make your identity.

Google could have taken their spot easily, unfortunately poor conventional wisdom has held them back rather than taking the giant leap forward. I find the almost pure android experience in one plus is the great positive factor.

I would anyday choose OnePlus over any other BKK brands. UI is clean, there is no bloatware or pre-installed system apps. My personal take is that it's fairly priced. The only company that competes or rather betters android experience is Google. Not suprised to see Realme, Oppo, Xiaomi fans attack OP. It's a free country! 🙂

You could choose between an phone that supooets 5G but at the timw 5G comes it is slowwwwww. Or an phone that is 4G only but runs well when 5G came. So with the Nord, you need to switch phones again at that time bevause it is slow. Where as the 2nd option, you can use it for another year.

Why can't some folks understand that these so called updates by OP is all gimmicky. They provide half backed s/w during launch of their phones and then provide multiple updates to correct those bugs in the guise of 'optimizations'. Oxygen OS itself is good, but the perception of the regular/multiple updates is all marketing gimmick and folks should not fall for these gimmicks.
