Anonymous, 28 Jun 2012Available in mid-July. Coming to most phones in mid-December. :DI doubt - most phones today are on Gingerbread with just a handful even on ICS.

I wonder if there's a direct upgrade path from GB to JB :)

[deleted post]iso is the worst operating system there is. if you truly understand phones then you know apple make the crappiest products ever. you are not going for their phone. rather you are going for their app store. other than that, andriod beat everything out there.

Eagerly waiting for Jelly Bean for my Xperia Arc S as ICS update was just not up to the mark at all:(

Hope to get JB soon as it falls even well within an year of my handset launch and google's 18 months promise would come into play when Andriod 5 comes out ( in December?)

Please developers provide us with stable and lightning fast JB at your earliest please:)))

Between Apple, Microsoft and Google, I have to say Microsoft brought the biggest "WOW" factor and had the most excitement. It seems MS caught the other guys napping.

I ran down the ios 6 update lists again, it was a lot but all are bullcrap. Nothing compared to JB's updates like new triple buffering system for faster web browsing, smoother UI, OFFLINE voice text input command, faster camera to photo accessibility and a lot more.

Once again apple, you got served!

All they can is make an announcement, many phones didn't even get GB, even more won't even get ICS, now they are talking about JB. Still, no multitasking, my old meego performs better and faster

Maybe Sony will provide that for my Arc (not counting on it, but it might happen) after all, they did gave GB to the X10, although with limitations.
Samsung caring for old costumers? Yeah... right...
