If more exceptions are made such as Mediatek & Qualcomm are applying for then maybe but then again if they get a no like Google there may be no more Huawei phones at all unless Huawei can make its own fabs and new core designs not based on ARM such as Risc-V.

I am very sorry about what is happening with Huawei because of Trump, but taking the opportunity, I would like to see the Mate series like this:
1. Mate 40 Pro Plus with SD875
2. Mate 40 Pro with Kirin 1000 or whatever it's called
3. Mate 40 with Mediatek Dimensity 1000+
4. Mate 40 lite Mediatek Dimensity 1000L or Kirin 820 ...

Besides, there is no technology which can be classified as belonging to one particular country.
All the existing technology is just incremental additions to the older technologies which may not even have originated from the same country.
That's why they even had to adjust their initial requirement of 25% to 10% content of US because they discovered that most technologies consisted less than that figure.
Besides, what will happen if other countries also stopped companies from using their claimed technology?
Remember, there is 90% remaining which may not be of US origin since the US is stopping other companies from using their claimed 10%.

Dear Huawei since this the last Kirin Soc that fabricate by TSMC make it 3nm TSMC has a 3nm Soc,4ID face unlock, 12 gig of ram ddr6 and UFS 3.2.

Innovation is not always about reinventing the wheel. Why would a company waste their time and money by trying to reinvent the wheel and when the components they need to build a product are readily available?
If that's that's the measure you use for innovation, then those companies you have mentioned are not innovative as well because the components you mentioned are made up of smaller components.
For instance, a camera module is made up lenses, sensors, chips, etc and I'm sure Sony or any other company which manufacturers camera modules does not manufacture all those components which go in to the manufacturering of a camera module.

What innovation are you talking about? The camera is from Sony, OS from Google, CPU from ARM, chips from Qualcomm, Amoled screen from Samsung. They can't simply build all these from scratch even if the entire Chinese government back them up.

Look at Huawei track record. The speed of innovation and bringing forward every feature into one package is their game like Samsung. They have forced the hand of Google and Apple to bring forward features that otherwise would be sitting pretty in their HQ waiting to be eased out to maximise their profits with the current stock.
Huawei forced their and the markets hand. If they wish to stay relevant and keep up then they need to bring such features out ASAP otherwise they will go the same way as Nokia, BlackBerry and now HTC/LG/Sony. Because of this and because of their background being Chinese, the Americans can not bare the thought that the same way Android has custom made back door for FBI, CIA etc to spy on people in the name of "national security", that Huawei and the Chinese government could do the same. Thus...banning Huawei under the guise of national security but mainly to protect USA interests and their companies natural advantage.

The major problem Huawei is facing is fabrication of their chips which was previously done by TSMC which apparently uses American technology in their foundries.
