Its quite evid... moreThe thing about SoCs is said by intel's claims but not taken from ur comment alone
Read article again which i linked before.
If u look at android side having multi cores , most phones are significantly faster than single core by a mile but they still not optimized smooth enough and it is lagging in efficiency.
Intel didnt say android is lagging or sluggish , they said that android potential is not good with threading ,lets say that current android is rated as "good" but intel says that phones which are rated as "good" have the potebtial of "very good" which many hardware manufacturers are ignoring , they said that single core with correct implementations can reach current multi core processors.
I found lots of lags in nexus while browsing and doing tasks , s2 is lot better than nexus.
As i said before , some are really aweful while some are nice. Lag is big issue they still didnt solve imho in many devices.
As for comment , Lag is issue i found lot in tablets more worse than in phones which run android , s2 was smooth but galaxy tab lags too much , like intel said or u said , depends on SoC implemtation. ICS also not really a final product , jellybean is example how they tried to polish their previous OS flaws.

AnonD-9023, 05 Jul 2012"It did not lag to the point of exaggaration. btw, why... moreA brief description of benefits of ICS over iOS(these are basic things that a non-geek look out for, whose population is much larger than know-it-all geeks):
iOS made a great move by allowing Twitter integration in iOS 5...But beyond that, texting, e-mail, your sharing options end there itself
Ice Cream Sandwich gives you the option to share on almost every major service: Evernote, Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook...you name it. All you have to do is download each respective app and sign in. Easy, isn't it?
Now that all major carriers have some sort of data cap policy in place, it's more important than ever to make sure you're not going over your limit. It could end up costing you
Ice Cream Sandwich has a new data usage monitor that gives you a graphical representation of how much data you're using each month. You can also see which apps are using the most data and adjust your usage habits accordingly. Still worried about going over? You can tell Ice Cream Sandwich to set a data limit each month. If you're about to go over that, ICS will automatically shut off your phone's cellular data
Yes, iOS will tell you how much data you're using, but that feature is nowhere near as robust as what ICS has
Android has allowed you to pin contacts to the home screen for a while now, but Ice Cream Sandwich gives you even more options. Now you can group your contacts into folders and decide if you want their icon to link to SMS or the voice dialer
iOS makes it much more difficult to access your favorite contacts, forcing you do dig through the Phone's contact menus, then deciding if you want to text or call that person.
Google borrowed its slick search bar from Honeycomb and ported it over to Ice Cream Sandwich. It's great. It searches all the stuff stored on your phone (just like iOS' Spotlight), but also includes web searches from Google.
It's also accessible via a non-intrusive clear search bar on all your home screens, so you don't have to swipe over to find it like you do with iOS' Spotlight.
iOS' multitasking is there, but it's still just as clunky as when it was first introduced in iOS 4 in 2010. To see which apps you have running, you have to double tap the home button. If you want to close an app, you have to hold down an icon until it wiggles, then tap the "X" on each individual app. Tedious
In Ice Cream Sandwich, Google added the pull down notifications menu to the lock screen, so your phone doesn't look so jumbled when you turn it on and have a ton of alerts waiting for you.
Notifications appear in the same bar as battery life, clock, Wi-Fi, etc, which eliminates the need for another annoying interruption like the flip-down banners in iOS.
Widgets are incredibly handy on a smartphone, especially when it comes to tasks like turning off Bluetooth or connecting to Wi-Fi. It's also nice to be able to check e-mail, weather, and RSS at a quick glance without opening an app.
However, iOS does have two widgets: Weather and Stocks. But those can only live in your notifications menu. Plus you don't have the option to add more widgets from third parties unless you jailbreak your iPhone
Ice Cream Sandwich's camera app is much easier to access than the one in iOS. From the lock screen, all you have to do is drag the lock over the camera icon and the app launches. In iOS, you have to double tap the iPhone's home button then tap the camera button. Annoying.
ICS' camera app also has a panoramic mode built in, unlike the iOS camera. That's a nice addition
Apple had to find a way to set the iPhone 4S apart from the iPhone 4, so it included Siri, the voice-controlled assistant. The 4S also has voice dictation for hands-free typing. But despite the fact that the iPhone 4 has been proven to be able to handle Siri, it's still not there.
On the other hand, all Ice Cream Sandwich phones...and even all phones running Gingerbread have voice dictation for typing. Google isn't punishing users with older phones by limiting this feature
A customer will be more focused on these small issues before moving on to technical stuff...This is a general observation and as far as decision is concerned, this might be a decisive factor in deciding as to which OS is more preferable.

When android phones use quad core it is useless, why a mobile os needs quad core and meeh meeh meeh.
When rotten fruit use quad core, only they have the os to fully utilize it, they have the apps to use it and meeh meeh meeh.

Its quite evident that frame rate is not what you see in the real time. isnt it?
To me i felt google was honest to compare it with their own os and show how they are tying to improve.
I put my device to lot of stress with heavy ram hogging apps running. never faced the issue of lag. trust me, i had MC3 playing with a youtube download in the background, FB + music + mx player + touch wiz were already running.
- your explanation about Releasing the Results is pale, why not show the way you did it with its results? it would benefit the cusotmers no matter they buy a exybnos inside or Intel inside phone.
:) I am sane enough to understand that the point of discussion is about Multi cores alone. Havent i said this in my first post that its the SOC who has to improve.
Here you go, you just repeated what i said. pasted my original comment again

Is lag the only Parameter of inefficiency? i dont think so"
>>U have to agree it because , they clearly showed how frame rate was low and how those lags occur overall on the entire OS during transitions.Even on browsing with ICS tablets , they dont scale web pages properly , they lag a lot , On phones side , some phones are quite laggy while others are overall smooth but overall they are not quite smooth as iOS or Windows phone but android phones become so sluggish than iOS when running heavy apps without any background apps and then returning home screen and switch again.Lag is still present , if u are long term user of iOS/WP , u definitely find android feels bit lag , but many android users may not find it much , it is worse on tablets.
"they should have released their test results when they meant for the whole ANDORID. why havent they done that? "
>>Whole Android in sense they actually mean that Android is not utilizing "Multi cores" (not single core) properly because SoC's are not implementing them in right way. They said most manufacturers are not paying attention. They meant that Android can be made smooth but most people are not taking time or any patience to focus on smoothness.
