Green tint strikes again: Galaxy Note20 Ultra, Tab S7 and S7+ affected

              My S10 Lite had it and I was told to send it in. I returned it and it was not fixed since the phone launched.

              My guess is they don't care about panel quality anymore, just to sell more to other companies.

                Nothing on any of my Samsung devices so this is a non story in my world 🌎.

                  That's Karma striking for their sins :

                  *Keeping the old Qualcomm "3D Sonic" rather than switching to the next gen "3D Sonic Max".
                  *Making a damn hole in the display, and be even proud of it and marketing it.
                  *Putting curved edge on the display.
                  *Putting a stupid low resolution on their ToF sensor with 0.3Mp rather than 12 as it should be.
                  *Not putting the 3.5mm jack back, or bring it as a magnetic connector.
                  *And Exynos thingy.

                  Amen.

                    and funnily they did the same thing with note 9 too and its service center pretends that it is a hardware issue so the display will be replaced with the new one and that replacement alone costs 300 bucks

                      Some OLED screens looks pink too wtf

                        I’m starting to think that the GREENGATE scandal is deliberately made by Samsung, as a way of getting the press to write (advertise) about its phones. After all, bad publicity is still publicity.

                            While "Samsung isn't alone with this problem", all the links provided of other phones that had this problem all used Samsung screens...

                            This seems like a more serious issue than just Samsung or OnePlus or Apple phones. It seems more like an issue with Samsung Display company.
