      You also cannot directly compare different sensor worth, for some it may be golden goose.

        I could get Redmi 10X Dimensity 820 at this price :)

That said Exynos 990 Is not great. But this chipset for this price and a 90hz screen with headphone jack and fast charging. You really are just nitpicking nonsense. Like asking for a SD865+ powered phone for $200. Possible but it won't be as a nice overall package than this.

                    Even it offers 180Hz touch response which I haven't seen in any smartphone so far in $200-250 price tag, alongwith 90Hz refresh rate.
