I had this feature on my old symbian N95 in 2008!!! How is it that Apple claims that the patent is theirs?

F...ck that Crapple stealer company ... local search is use in windows aswell so why no suing them? Thats the PROOF that Crapple is scared to dead by Samsung haha. Samsung will survive without local search (Crapple's crying like a child ... same like banned other pc comp for useing Enter key wtf ?! Crapple steal (or after little change) many patents from leading Mobile technology companies like Nokia, Motorola, Eriksson, Siemens ...etc coz they have to, they were not first do they had to copied others (No other way to make succes ) So hope that Crapple 5 will be banned in EU for good and no brown envelope will break that EU legislation coz they pay for everythin to be where they are.

Patent is way to stop other's ideas on their own invention. Apple fears that Samsung might does it better. And nowadays everyone want to give something better than the best. But all I need is a good phone with great feature, why the hell i should care about patents... :(

Apples iPhone 5 should be made illegal, be banned, from sales in EU because it does not use micro-USB and introducing a new dock connector should not be allowed, even though they were allowed to use their already existing connector together with an adapter!
Microsoft Windows computers and Linux, Android is based on Linux, can all do universal local searches so Apples "patent" should be irrelevant!

Apple first filled in 2000. The citations are used to say from where they copy.
The most importantly: others GOT patent in 1996 for universal search. naturally, Apple used other words for the same thing and miraculously got that shame-patent.
