by the way, apple didn't sue samsung cause they made rectangular phones w/ rounded edges. they sued samsung cause they are ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME in appearance. some would say, "stupid apple! their just saying that!"
frankly, no. samsung's own team noticed it, even google themselves noticed it. don't act like samsung is so innocent but in fact, thay have copied apple's iphone design.
even in real life it hunts me. when i use my iphone, people will say, "ooh! nice samsung galaxy"
samsung made their phones to look almost like apple's that you can't actually tell them apart even from a short distance especially if you're not really techy.
and i've searched google. yes, i"ve seen the so-called apple's copy scheme.
yes, their present, i wont deny that but you said previously "apple is the one that copies more"
still doubt that. apple may have copied "some" features but they vastly improved it. and they dont copy designs from other companies.

Also you are right any company could surprise us. BB could come back, apple could invent something, samsung could flop, moto made a great comeback, nokia doesnt seem out yet, wp could get things right, tizen could be amazing, or something new and out of this world could arise.

Read any of the feed backs on Android and they are full of people complaining for what ever reason. Samsung's biggest threat is not Apple but Win 8 devices which might turn the tide very quickly against Android devices in particular. Even Google must be quietly concerned with the sheer effort of MS to hopefully and finally get a product right the first time, and it will be spectacular. I would rather wait to see what all the fuss is about than buy a SIII, or new iPhone 5 at the moment. Hopefully we are all in for a surprise. Speaking of surprises, hopefully RIM also gets its act together as BB for business is still the best for security and privacy.

This while throwing a locked down os system only letting users do what they allow see fit and ios is definitely not apple apple brewed. then they try to patent things they didnt invent like again rectangles

I'll explain it again:
If i took a photo, make a note or date, purchase music or even download an app, it's ALL automatically downloaded instantly on ALL my other iOS devices running iOS5 (3gs, 4, 4s, ipod touches, ipads, macs, pc's). no syncing, no additional steps required, it's that easy. and it's ALL FREE.
can you tell me a feature on a phone that can do that?
again, there are some major updates to siri. she's now multilingual. can now open apps, much smarter than before, and is now available on the ipad 3 right out from the box.
this the third time and yet, you still haven't said anything, anything at all to prove your claims.
all you say is apple steals more and the features of iOS devices (iphone to be exact) are lame and stupid. PERIOD.
no reasoning, no proofs, no nothing.

we will go for the alternate option than apple.
i had an iphone and i dont mind having an apple product in the future but we consumer prefer to have choice

Even non touch screen phones had some functions way better than the iphone back in the day. The iphone just created this false image.
