They brought out the first 12mp camera phone and it was the best and was one of the best camera phones out there for quite a while. the satio had a slightly better phone ui, but not a lot. I remember the review.

-That rectangular hardware center button coped from iPhone. What about the two capacitive button (left and Right of the rectangular button) I can’t find it on iPhone do you call that coped?
-Rectangular shape? It is only natural to be rectangular it is ridicules to have a circle shape display/phone
-Curve edge shaped? Who would want a phone with sharp edge to be used as a deadly weapon!?
-Search via net and locally; multi tasking (Can do other stuff while in a call etc), camera phone, hell NOKIA invented this a long time ago so who coped who

Truth can never be denied, and Samsung will now pay for their stupidity. Good timing too, Samsung will only be able to watch with mouth salivating at the iPhone 5 launch, which they now cannot copycat. Still, good competition all round and we as consumers win.

and looks like sony is also following same formula as samsung by giving same name ie galaxy for SS and xperia for sony what a joke and guess what they have same deign hahah.

if i took a photo on one of my iOS device, like say, an iphone, it's automatically downloaded to ALL of my iOS devices running iOS5 and above. those includes the 3gs, 4, 4s, ipod touches, ipads 1 to 3, even macs and pc's. no syncing, no steps required, no new things to do. all is down in an instant and automatically. it's that easy.
i never said apple invented siri, i said they "introduced' it. and yes, voice commands are nothing new,obviously. but apple was the very first to introduce an intelligent assistant on a phone. don't get me wrong but older ones were not "intelligent". as we know, siri can do lots of new things now. it can even launch apps. can the older voice dictations do that?
have you seen the new maps app of iOS6? check it out first to see how wrong you are.
i said, from the very first keynote in 2007. have you watched it? i bet you haven't.
you keep saying that apple steals a lot. well, you don't even give at least one.

I still remember how Samsung tried to compete with SE by producing a 12 mp camera phone. But it turned out to be a camera actually, and I must say it's ugly. SE Satio vs Samsung W880 12M. Yeah, I know, it's a good thing they are always trying to improve their products. But competing isn't an easy game. They have to build their name from the very bottom. That's how they should have done it.

We thank very much for the pioneers of touchscreen in 2004: Nokia 7710 and SonyEricsson p910. They were bulky,very complicated to use for common people and for this reason touch screen technology were almost forgotten UNTIL...2007 WHEN WAS LAUNCHED THE FIRST IPHONE. Its simple elegant plain design-thin and rounded, with touchscreen operated by intuitive human natural gestures, combined with applications store,with super fast internet browser and super powerful and musical ipod made from the first iphone an icon. After 2007 its simple plain design with little rounded corners was copied shameless by samsung,lg,huawei,zte,meizu. The simple human gestures wich made the iphone the most wanted toy were also been copied by koreans and chinese shameless!!!.
I will remember some of the gestures in premiere on Terra for touchscreens,first seen on iPhone:
1-SLIDE TO unlock,answer,power off
2-Double Tap to zoom or zoom with 2 fingers
3-The smooth inertia wheel for contacts
4-New interface for sms and mms with bubbles like in comics magazines
Now do you remember what Samsung copied from Apple? ALL !!!

Nokia, Sony, HTC all can do it, Samsung should not be any different.

Second, one needs not be jealous to call something ugly, if the thing is indeed ugly. Third, indeed Samsung have their own unique designs, so they should stop copycatting. Fourth, Apple did not copy from Sony. I cut and paste GSMARena's own words from the previous article:
"It's important to note here that this design is not based on any actual Sony product but a mere result of Apple designers putting themselves in the shoes of Sony's designers and making something Sony's designers would. Sony themselves never made a product that looked like this."
