I know its good when people do have choices but just a little example Jabra S60 pro sport the best wireless earplugs money can buy. No matter what you compare to that everything is worse.

Some things are better wired siome wireles in close future wired things ceases to exist because rubber is not really good for environment same as plastic and many else.
That huge plastic island of size of texas is real not fake.
Slovly but continuosly we going more and more into wiireles era and burden things like cables, plastic, rubber, diesel cars and many else going into the history books.
Same way like vynyl plates were beaten by cassetes, cassettes were dicharged for CDs, then DVDs came and now blueray discs rule which soon or later when internet will be completely free for anyone even he blueray discs will go to vain for a cloud storage and channels such as netflix and many else where you pay few bucks and have a complete movie library at home.
Same way wired is close to the extinct and wireless will dominate on the market.
Evolution is unstopable. And new researchs, technologies etc are inevitable and always will prevail over old ones when they become great enough.

And that's beside the point, YOU CAN STILL FRICKING USE WIRELESS HEADPHONES ON A SMARTPHONE THAT HAVE A 3.5MM JACK PORT !
And regardless how good you THINK Wireless is, and even if it was better than wired, it is still NOT a justification to remove the 3.5mm Jack that many peoples still USE, WANT, PREFER or even straight up NEED.
Jack who allow for MUCH MORE than audio, from the cheapest audio earphones to cheap Paypal card readers and other special things where the wireless version is :
1 TOTALLY UNSECURED as wireless is a big security risk.
2 Is WAY MORE EXPENSIVE.
That's one of the many reasons why the Jack IS to stay, and beside the stupidity of those who removed it ONLY for milking more money out of the customers, most are now putting it back as they realized that THE MAJORITY of peoples want it.
Understand that ? THE MAJORITY want it, because they prefer it, use it, want it or need it.
Considering you can have a phone with a 3.5mm Jack port and still NEVER ONCE plug any cable into it, this is NOT intrusive.
Also, your arguments that wireless is better is total and utter non-senses, that's exactly why we prefer a good RJ-45 cable over any wireless connection.
I never said that cables are ALWAYS better, because it isn't, and it would be stupid to say that, as stupid as saying that wireless is always better than cables.

If there wasn't any wireless audio capabilities on smartphones and you wanted it to be a thing, I would be totally agreeing, everyone deserve to have the choice, and for that exact reason, I consider you as an egoistic egocentric without any justification to ask that YOUR favorite way become the only way by REMOVING what other already have and want despite its existence not changing ANYTHING for you.
Also, there is already enough tech existing to make every cable in your house disappearing, does your monitor use wireless receiver ? Surely not, so buy one first, remove EVERY cables except electric ones (and I am really kind for that exception here) and THEN, comeback and say that wireless is always the best, until you have a single non-electric cable left in your house that isn't directly connected to a wireless transmitter/receiver, don't comeback and say that wireless is better, as you literally don't know what you are talking about.

Wireless mice for example razer basilisk ultimate is far better than any other wired cable mouse you can name.
Same goes for earphones and earplugs.
Companies like Senheiser, Bose, Sony, JBL and many more quality brands made so many outstanding wireless devices that they litterary prevailed over wired ones.
Please do understand that in some cases cables are garbage and walking like xmas tree is more fun than a good thing.

You are NOT forced to use wire, phones already have Bluetooth, the real intrusion is to PREVENT those who WANT to use wired equipment to being able to natively use them.
For many peoples having to deal with lesser quality of Bluetooth, disconnection, pairing, another thing to charge, inability to use expensive high quality equipment already owned as intended is the perfect definition of intrusive design.
You don't want to use wires, fine, don't use it, but don't justify forcing to use Bluetooth and removing something that peoples DO use.
YOU find wireless better, I and many other find wired to be the better option for many reasons.
And this is not "my opinion", all I said here are facts.

In some rare cases its good if we have more than one competitor but in case of phones there is no need for that. Motorola was great and still is great.
Samsung UI is agrbage for example.
Whole apple and IOS is nothing just a robebry on a customer and OS which doesnt cooperate with user.
Sony is too expensive compared manufacturing price and given specs.
LG like HTC once a great brand failed to impress like many else for example Siemens or Sonny Erricson etc.
For cases they failed to impress and died noone asked them to ever arise. I understand the attempt of trying but they failed like many else will do.
In case of wireless over the wored. Wireless will always prevail. Cables are useless in tis modern era and always gets in a way.
There are plenty of reasons. And its inly good companies like Apple one plsu etc removed jack. Samsung did same and i dont know simple company which returned to this fail like technology which is as much intrusive as it can be.
Thus to my honest opinion.

Sure, we all know how "good" it is when a single brand own a whole market...
There are peoples who simply don't want to deal with another stupid battery powered thing that they need to recharge, I have a Corsair Void Pro who can be plugged in 3.5mm Jack, and there was a lot of times I would have done it but OnePlus were stupid enough to follow Apple with the Jack removal.
And "strangely" now that many third party wireless earphones/earbuds are available for cheaper and for better quality, most of the brands who removed the Jack are putting it back.
If you can't understand that there is NO REASONS to remove the Jack port except FORCING users into a lesser thing that many don't want, I pity you, but this isn't an excuse for preaching the removal of a non-intrusive feature many peoples use and rely on.
You want the punch hole, notch, front camera in general, curved display mandatory 5G or other intrusive (either by their visual, practical or cost impact) to be gone, ok, that's totally fair and there are justifications, but there are NONE for the Jack, and the Jack being "old" doesn't mean it is obsolete and to be to removed.
The concept of houses and cloths is one of the oldest, yet you are still living inside and wearing clothing, so don't start finding excuses about the Jack being old, there are way older things than that you use daily and would hate to not have.
Literally, no one prevent you from stopping the old way of eating and getting all your nutriments through perfusion, so why aren't you doing that ?
Who need a tactile display anymore now that you can do everything through assistants like Google, Alexa and other alternatives, tactile is the old way and voice control is the new way, but does it mean you stopped using your tactile ?
Did all you wrote was only through vocal command ?

For me for example in april 1973 Martin Cooper and his team devised first ever cell phone Motorola Dynatac.
Since then many phone brands came with many else devices.
I would love and like in this case if only motorola as a cell brand existed.
Like google wont allow 3rd OS among the google android and Apple IOS because as we both know Windows failed to impress.
But in case of sound hearing it should be either wireless or hearing it nice and loud.

Giving choice between Jack and Wireless is indeed better than receiving attention to your anti-Jack attitude preventing those who want wired connection to use them without it being any nuisance for you to use wireless.
I am not old, I love modern technology, and again, many times, getting back to the ancient way is how we evolve, the first cars were electric for exemple, the Jack is still superior to wireless and have many practical advantages that wireless will never offer, on top of a better quality and more importantly it is important for peoples who have wired equipment AND do more than just audio.
If anything I am the first one to say we lack innovation and we keep on trying to improve the same tech while there are better alternatives, but this does NOT mean it is true for everything, some techs, including the Jack, are stuff you still want available.
Sure, good luck having a wireless stove, if anything, the real future that will happen before any "total wireless" thingy would be our entire house and most of the items in it being made out of nanobots allowing restructuration and omni-use and they will certainly not be wireless.
Also wireless is a threat for privacy, which is something extremely important and lack of it could cause progress toward higher technologies to never be achievable in the first place, because who need technological progress when you are in a totalitarian government, North Korea would approve.
Literally, you are advocating for removing something that many do use and want to use despite its presence changing absolutely NOTHING for those wanting to use wireless, you can just ignore the Jack, no one force you to use it, it doesn't do anything negative for you and is valuable for many others.
There is no excuses for advocating such thing as removing non-intrusive technology that is useful to many peoples.
Multiple aircrafts crashed because they had only electronic system and ditched the manual reversion which use physical cables to move control surfaces.
Also, there are wireless keyboard, mouses, but also monitor adapter, I am sure your computer is then completely wireless except for power right ?
Surely someone wanting so much wireless have invested into wireless monitor HDMI/Displayport T/R.
Also, your human design is hundreds of thousands of year old and work on millions of year old concepts like eyes, breathing, eating, remove those from your body if you don't want old things, I'll love to see you having a wireless vascular and nerve system.

Even the Nikola Tesla dream was to give people FREE (I am repeating again FREE Electricity) and many else because people deserve free because nature also giving a free.
We learned how to grab the wind, water,Soil and many else and use it to our own prosperity.
Same way we can ditch ancient jack technology to give people free way to listen to music, videos, stream audio etc.
Giving was always better than receiving.
Only old people who cant accept this new tred will envy the old techlonolies which in past were better but jack have nowhere to evolve where the wireless tech have many ways of use and soon or later will be used everywhere.
And every household mechanism, maschine or robot will be wireless.

There are many exemple... moreYeah, I agree. The phone jack is superior technology to Bluetooth. That's why it has survived for more than a hundred years, even through different technological applications. First developed for telephone system switchboards, it has been used for transistor radios, walkmans, audio equipment in studios, camcorders, on planes, for microphones, on computers, now on smartphones, and many many other types of devices.
Any technology that can survive that long, through that many different applications, without anyone thinking it needed to be changed, had something going for it. The phone jack is simple, high quality, and cross compatible. Not just backwards compatible either, but also forwards compatible (i.e. a fifty year old stereo system can handle a new set of headphones).
The only reason smartphones ditched the 3.5 mm jack, led by Apple, was to sell everyone new more expensive bluetooth headphones. Apple is notorious for this sort of scheme thoughout its whole history, long before it made phones. Many manufacturers, upon ditching the jack, claimed the jacks took up too much space on small and thin devices, only to release a phone without the jack and have tear downs show empty unused space insead the device. It's all just a scheme.

The Marshall London is the clear winner here and it would be marvelous if they'd make a 2nd revision or a new updated device with at least 2020 standard mid-tier specs.
Though would rather prefer them going full on with flagship specs as that would really make a new contender in the smartphone league - something that would really shake up and make a stir to this still bland variety of current offerings out there.
