    Look at wall street sentence here :
    "Apple said it shipped 26 million iPhones during the quarter and 17 million iPads. Mac shipments were 4 million units."

    They are following apple words and yet the article writer is an idiot.

    Those websites are pure wrong because apple official website and even gsmarena says its sold volume .......

        CNET made same mistake again , they wrote same wrong sentence

                  Dont cry apple fanboys:-)You all seem to hate it when your beloved fruit looks bad.Gact is samsung caters for every pocket so this will happen year in year out.Let apple bring out the. iphony5 and 6 and no doubt itll be the same old boring phone.Im happy with my gs3 and ypi guys can be happy with your iphone.Enough said!

                          Obviously if Samsung shipped 50+ million and Apple shipped only about 25 million. it means they also sold about the same proportinately.
                          It's not like SAmsung would just manufacture millions of handsets just to have them collect dust in a display window. It costs about 200 euros to make a flagship model like SIII. SO 10 million phones would be 2 billion euros in stuck money.
                          Obviously they needed to ship that many, 50+ million cause they were in demand. Sure not all 50+ million were that expensive but still many many billions in manufacturing costs + shipping + handling...So they must be in great demand.
                          Now if Apple only shipped about half, obviously they only sold about half as many phones as Samsung.

                                Wait , why do sites compare shipped volume of samsung vs iPhones being sold (not just shipped but already reached consumer hands) , its bit sad , how samsung didnt post how many phones were sold apart from reporting s3 sales worldwide , while apple announces number of units sold instead of shipping volume.
                                Shipping volume only specifies how many devices were reached to retail chains and carriers but doesnt specify how many reached consumer hands.
                                Just saying , would have been great if samsung posted number of units sold instead of shipping volumes.
