Look at the marketshare of devices above 1900$.
90% Android ruling there.
Samsung just made 16 million dollars selling 5k units of the special edition of Galaxy Fold 2 each costing 3300$.

I thought Apple watch is great purchase? Even Android users are saying how great it is.
Apple watch wasn't instant hit it took few years to shine, so i would say the product is great purchase and it started slowly selling more and more because it's so great.

Very few does that? Those who do just propably want best model which is available. And still why not? IPhone resell price is very high after a year. If i want to upgrade my 11 Pro to 12 Pro. I would have to pay like $400, it's not much to spend yearly to have newest thing.

It's not even the most technologically advanced consumer tech out there.
If I'm gonna waste my money, I'd buy Xbox Series S and a few games.
At least, I get something new rather than the same shiit every year

Yes ofcourse movie and games won't be enjoyable at all on the 12 mini

Wily2020, 25 Oct 2020"That and the reason they know how to control people m... moreI feel the same way about android phones with long term aftermarket software support support as most do about iphones - sure it has it's annoyances (flashing, needing to know how to code to add extra features that aren't in the rom, know how to package that rom (probably a ton load of tutorials, but i used to like it when it wasn't all in an image file, just in 1 zip)), but at the end of the day my phone is my phone and i know how to use it best. Also is it me or did we step into the era of android master race vs iphone peasants ?

To anyone planning to part with 1000$, remember that iPhone 12 reportedly has 20% shorter battery life than the already short iPhone 11 battery life. That too without 120Hz refresh rate. Idk about you, but 20% is very significant.
There's a reason why Apple didn't brag about battery life this year like they did with bragging "30 minutes longer battery" previous years. They cannot achieve the same efficiency as Android which has no problem running 5G 120Hz 1440p combo and still have respectable battery life
If Android come with 5nm chip, you can expect the power consumption to be mad efficient. Unlike A14 bionic, the advantage brought by 5nm chip cannot offset the poor power management in iOS. That's why iPhone's battery life is still poor no matter how you spin it

I feel, in the end, 12 Pro edges 12 out as best seller in 12 series. 12 isn't that cheaper considering 829$+taxes ~ 883$ compared to a 999$ 128gb 12 Pro. 64gb is the new 32gb, and ot won't be enough, and obviously people opt for 128gb and then Pro wins. And coming to Mini, battery life will be its biggest con, considering the early reports of 11 series being better than 12 in battery life. I think going for the 12 Pro is the wise option.

I recommend keeping something in mind.
This poll had 10,000 votes on an enthusiast website, where most people are pro android. Apple is going to sell like 80,000,000 iPhones. I wouldn’t take this ample size as much more than a little bit of fun.
I feel like the trillion dollar company has a grip on its audience.

Airpods for me is a bad purchase. Apple watch is a bad purchase. Apple mouse was a bad purchase (the one that was charging from the bottom). ipod shuffle was a bad purchase. The first MacBook's were a bad purchase (2015-2016 models). Apple stand is a bad purchase. Apple Mac Pro wheels are bad purchase, etc.

What you mean by bad purchase? You can't really go wrong if you buy iPhone it's such a great device with great experience. I know it's not for everyone, but majority people wouldn't think it's a bad purchase. So not sure what you try to prove. If people wouldn't be happy with iPhone they wouldn't buy another one when it's time to upgrade, yet most do exactly that.

The iPhone 12 mini only won by 3% over the Max. I don't want an iPhone won the entire poll.
I'm not interested unless the mini goes down under $300. I got my original SE for only $200 only 14 months after its release. I wish all the 12s got the matte finish back of the 12 Pro and Max. But I do like that 12 mini has the matte edges.
