NotAnOpinion, 03 Nov 2020Before the ban, Huawei's consumer products weren'... more"Before the ban, Huawei's consumer products weren't global. That's fact."
WTH? That's just a blatant lie and I don't even know where to begin to fix this statement. Their mid range/flagship phones had been widely available in where I live, whereas those from LG, Sony, Xiaomi, ASUS etc. had been much less accessible for a last few years. I don't know where you live (Don't tell me you live in US), but their consumer business had been extremely successful BEFORE the ban kicked in across the globe and that's a fact.
P.S. I saw your first comment and regretted the fact that I even replied to this one. This level of trolling is quite an achievement, I must say..

You're not even thinking logically and sorry to tell you, you just wanna win arguments. Not finding truth.

e.g. Apple were pushing 70M units, AT FIRST, of the 12 series, 12 and 12 Pro sold out! How much is the lowest one again? Bahahaha!
Only in Huawei's (even Sammy can't reach those crazy numbers) dreams it could push tens-of-millions of FLAGSHIP phones in a few minutes.
You people hurts my stomach with laughter with your own ignorant statics.

The closes Huawei has ever gotten to making an exclusive deal with were Verizon ONLY. But, due to the allegations about the T-Mo / etc. it never happened.

NotAnOpinion, 03 Nov 2020How can someone compete with another when they are known ev... moreThat's not right. Huawei's 2018 and 2019 sales bump up was because of its flagships sales, not budgets. Proof is that when you see the sales volume of the P20-Mate 20-P30, each of them sold ovwr 11 million units. And the added sales is just around 45 million, which means the flagships makes up for most of the sales, count properly before informing others an fake information.

MadMel, 03 Nov 2020dunno what is your problem with Huawei but not being "... moreBefore the ban, Huawei's consumer products weren't global. That's fact.
The only reason why Huawei is a household name to consumers around the world now is because Huawei's name is used as a WARNING / BEWARE OF HUAWEI'S SPY PRODUCTS and that's horrible for a company.
Ask Lenovo. It took years for Lenovo to gain back the trust from consumers around the globe and they are still watched very carefully by watchdogs, governments and consumers to this very day.

Huawei is here and missing there.
Huawei sold MORE BUDGET / CHEAP PHONES than anyone at first, not mid to flagship phones.
Why can't you people acknowledge that? It is just a search away to the truth.
