US and China, so expect a massive boost on local tech and brands. Don't be surprised if Samsung will deliver some design wins to those brands and gives 5G antennas along Ericsson before Nokia (the issue comes that they might be bought by USA).

This is an excellent opportunity. Mediatek and there dimensity 2000/+ SoC is going to be awesome... I would prefer that to even an SD875 X1.

Huawei with MediaTek, its a good opportunity for mediatek also.. maybe huawei will help mediatek to improve their SoC quality

Qualcomm doesn't want Huawei working with Mediatek because it knows that this company will increase their earnings by a lot. And that will bring the competition up and Mediatek will be in a better position to go against Qualcomm.
Let's see how they solve this. If this Trump policy is not gonna backfire. China and India population sums 2700 million people (US is only 300 million) and are the 2 big emerging markets in the World. If Huawei and other Chinese brands like OPPO and Xiaomi can dominate this, US is gonna have a problem in 10 or 15 years...
