Weekly poll results: fans give OnePlus Nord N10 5G and N100 the cold shoulder

These two failed to get the hype train rolling, unlike the company's flagships. The N100 did especially poorly, the N10 has a glimmer of hope.

Android phone makers really need to do the following:
- Mid range chip made on top of the line node (5nm TSMC)
- Massive battery
- UFS

Usually it's either one or the neither. Usually chipsets are fast enough even on lower spectrum, it's their old node that makes them less efficient or it's the damn eMMC that really just needs to die already in 2020. We could have some really nice super affordable smartphones that could last for days on one charge and still be smooth enough for most users who don't exactly game on them, but expect browsers, social apps, camera and photo gallery to be smooth experience. I think chipsets aren't too slow, it's the eMMC that's causing all the stuttering and lagging. Usually.

    Should have seen it the when it came out. I'm 100% certain some kind of OnePlus forum cross posted it, because in the first day it was like 90% doesn't want OnePlus. Then magically a herd of fans came.

    It wouldn't be a bad phone if they were correctly priced in my country after tax and everything the N10 costs the same as a cheapest Poco F2 Pro, and the N100 the same as the Poco X3 NFC. The software is a far cry from stock too.

      I think they gave it big middle finger.

          Most android phones have become so boring since lately that they're an eyesore to even look at, let alone their list of specs. iPhones on the other hand seem like a breath of fresh air with the 12 and 12 mini, especially, which I'd definitely be willing to buy as the next device, but not at $960 as it costs here, which is just too much
