they should just get rid of software patent system, everyone is guilty of copying, even apple.....and if u think about it, while apple is trying to sue samsung, samsung are the ones supplying parts for all apple products, nearly half of the iPad is made by samsung

samsung is a treat to apple's company.. business analyst from apple foresee that samsung oneday will be above all smartphone. that's why as early as possible apple make a way(sueing samsung) not to be overpowered by samsung. it was all started when samsung successfully sold million of smartphone during galaxy s1.. and then followed by S2 which doubled the sold units as compared to S1.. as we know when the S3 launched, most of the people choose samsung s3 rather than iphone 4s.. so if you see the flow of business, iphones is slowly going down.. that's why apple is eager in sueing samsung to stop samsung from going to the top..

They got outed, Deal with it. Samsung is nothing more than a high tech copycat. Ios is no better really. Sure its stable but it's dull.

The worst thing that anyone can do is comment about something they have no clue whatsoever (at least do some basic research on the Internet or consult with someone who is qualified to comment on it) and use it as an evidence for something else... Unless everyone in the world is some clueless, it only backfires and leaves the impression as being disingenuous and contrived...
