IMHO, 08 Aug 2012why is it that when evidence is posted you samsung fandroid... moreIm not a Samsung Fanboy Or whatever fan boy..i went in here to read some cool info.. I just use the Bloody Phone as a Bloody Object which i use and abuse according to my whims. which i bought at a dirt cheap discounted price. which i will have no remorse throwing in the garbage 2 years from now and getting a new object. Unlike some Fruits and Sammy Fan who see their Object as an Emblem of Success and Elite people

FACT, 08 Aug 2012I am seeing Apple are being more personal than professional... more"discrimination in products in the country like United States" Huh? The US isn't like India or China. the people who make something first have a right to benefit from their intellectual property.

I do not know why Apple is behind Samsung with such things, as in today's fierce competition you will find features copied in some way or the other, but unless a full product is replicated, Apple can never get into Samsung's back, actually the court needs to tell straight away that it is a whole different product with some features almost same though differently done which will in no way affect Apple's caring customers to change poles....but Apple needs to find their way to become No.1 and retain No.1 and not by taking away from others through such means as Apple knows they are loosing their place a lot in the smartphone market to Samsung and others....Come on folks let's support Samsung as they have become a direct challenge to Apple in all means

I am seeing Apple are being more personal than professional. It means the first gas cylinder company should sue all for using red color for cylinder. I am shocked about the discrimination in products in the country like United States. Thanks God I am not in US otherwise they will sue me for eating with similiar spoon and fork.

Alui, 08 Aug 2012No matter what you think about the case, there is a lesson ... moreIt seems that the world turned upside down. Nokia did not decide to ignore Apple but to respect their work and not just steal it as Samsung did. If Samsung reached the current position by stealing, as it seems, then, in my eyes they are thieves and I will never by a phone of theirs because I encourage them to continue stealing. I just hope one day they will pay big time for this approach.

This doesn't make sense. Why Samsung will file a internal document to help Apple in this case ?

It's clear that Samsung tries very hard for its phones to be more affordable iPhones. Just look at the Galaxy Y, Ace, and S. They really should come up with more unique designs to avoid all this trouble. Not all phones can be just plain black slabs with round square icons, just look at Nokia's Lumia range and Sony's Xperia line. Samsung is a great brand and I want them to keep playing in the market, but it would be more exciting and less frustrating if their products would stop looking like those of Apple, iOS, and, I'm beginning to notice, Windows Phone.

Be honest people! HTC used sense UI(it is really different from iOS UI) and it did not sell well. Others went with stock Andoid UI and it's the same story. And, yes, touchwizz is the most similar UI to iOS UI in the Android world. So Apple has a point. The people that have FIRST a good idea, are entitled to benefit from it. And btw, remember how was the SGS 1 at the very beginning? Samsung was very very late to push the update from A 2.1 to A. 2.2, the phone had a problem with the lag(solved by a custom ROM). The iPhone 3(and 3GS) was running smooth from day 1. People jailbroke it, but not for improving the performance, just for the content. Nowadays, almost no one feels the need to jailbreak its iOS device. Give to the Caesar what belongs to the Carsar, and give Apple what belongs to Apple(the copyright to their own UI)!

Even car-companies... look at other companies cars... and compare them with their own cars..., and tries to "copy" designs... that function better on the other companies cars..., so every company does, and should do, this, and it is not at all illegal!
