nokia's icons looked a lot like the ones being used today by many phone makers, even on pocket pc's and handhelds before. so you guys stop arguing about which company copied what and who is the most inovative.
p.s. up to now iphones are dependent on itunes

Lets face it IOS is poor and Touchwiz is worse. Samsung should just throw Core Android on there device then they wont have this problem. Most people remove touchwiz from their samsung device anyways. I think the court is very one side though as the evidence proving samsung hadnt copied the iphone with regards to the same of the phone was dismissed but this evidence which is against samsung is happily accepted... hmmmm not a very fair trial.

I think only the design factor cannot be considered. All phones are rectangular in shape from decades, square icons we could find in many other devices before the invent of even iPhones.
If inspiration is the consideration then what about drop down menu in idevices.

No matter what you think about the case, there is a lesson here.
Nokia decided to ignore Apple, sleeping on the Symbian's laurels, and Samsung really paid attention. Where is Nokia now and where is Samsung?

Whats wrong with improving and innovate?
Apple simply don't want to accept that there's so many phone that far better than their puny iPhone and the patent office is paid by Apple to grant that silly generic patent.
Also I smell something fishy: Judge Lucy and this whole trial process is paid by Apple to grant Apple a win.

Just thought i have 4 black tyres on my car that are round in shape.My mates car also has 4 black round tyres.Quick.lets sue each over.Pathetic waste of time.These things are the same and do the same thing but are different brands:-)Dont insult people apple and think people cant tell the difference between an overpriced overated toy and a fully functioning smartphone.Get a grip

Don't care about this anymore. Who ever makes the better product is who i want.. and right now Apple is beat. HTC One X/GS3 even the Xperia S would be better... Might even try a WP8 when released, but for now, i just don't care and did not read.
