But they couldn't even admit that bendgate and touch disease existed. And seven it did exist years later it was your fault but they were kind and offered half of the repair.....

At least they are taking responsibility.

It's even worse as not too many people are buying them. I know some low end and midrange Xiaomi and realme phones in SE Asia and they come with a boatload of issues. At least they're cheap, iPhones are pricey. Only few dares to report an issue of Chinese flagship and barely anyone buys them.

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2020Samsung would never do that for the s20 FEYes, i have the 5G version and what Samsung does is keep patching with 3 software updates and not entirely fix the issue.

As for the iPhone 11, the mentioned issue is rare.

You have to be delusional to say something like this out loud. Issues will always happen, the difference is whether you own and fix them or dismiss them. That's what defines one buying another phone from that brand or not, not the issue itself. It's how company handles the issue.

It depends where you live. In my country, the A51 cost around 240-300 euro. The Velvet 5G on the other side, costs over 470 Euro. It's almost double the price.

Being well established company, apple should check all these defects before selling phones. Think how customer who affected will think.

New buyers will think twice to buy iphone 11 now

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2020People still buy LG ???Yeah, they're not so bad. Updates are a bit slow but the Velvet 5G could be had at an unbeatable price and is miles better than Galaxy A devices that are so popular (cheaper than even the A51). And this comes from someone that typed this on a Note20 Ultra.

More on topic, it's always good to hear about such actions. Too often do certain OEMs try their best to dodge responsibility for their actions and deny consumers the quality device they thought they purchased.
