I'm an android user and android mobile manufacturers should be ashamed.. I mean they literally copy every single thing apple does (eg samsung). Samsung would never dare to remove charger from the box if apple didn't do it first. Common samsung, you guys can do better.

I will certainly not buy any product from one of this companies any time soon (no matter how good it turns out to be). That is the easiest way to say f**k you to that particular company.

I am pretty sure they found a tax evading scheme and are exploiting it. Apple are always first when it comes to some shady financial tricks. It's easier than investing in actual research and development.

Shameful of these companies to claim it is for environmental reasons.
You buy one of their phones, which has a bit less packaging.
You buy one of their chargers, which has packaging.
Then you buy one of their sets of headphones, more packaging!
Doesn't sound very environmental to me.

I want to thank Apple for this and also for the NOTCH and removing the HEADPHONE JACK and the removal of convenient FINGERPRINT SENSOR by implementing the face unlock gimmick.
THANK YOU Apple for disrupting the whole smartphone market.

Samsung has usb c which is universal (except for iphones and older smartphones) so its not a huge deal

That first paragraph couldn't be any more true. That is why today I'm only interested in LG and Sony phones. They have their own identity and I really love that a lot.

This is bulls**t to the max.Saving the environment sure..,so instead of getting things in one package,you can buy 3.This saves them money on shipping since they can put more phones on one pallet,and doesnt do anything about the "save the nature,and the world" motto they try to shove down your throat.Also gives them a reason not to repair your phone if it has battery problems,since you didnt charge it with the official samsung charger.They will find a way to twist it wrong for customers....Its not cheaper for us at all be it apple or samsungs move,since the new charger is usually faster,and probably better for your battery(not sure on this one).SO you have to buy one anyway.This whole move is targeting people who buy phones every year,having chargers all over the place.Not for people like me who owns a 4 year old oneplus 3T with one charger and wants to buy a new phone that would last for the same period.
