There are two big sensors and two tiny my guess is those two tiny one's are macro and depth while the larger one is wide and ultra wide so OP9 Pro might skip the telephoto or this is OP9

Just because you don't care about the cameras doesn't mean others do too. In fact, numerous polls have clarified that most people care the most about the camera performance when it comes to flagships.
The prices are already too high for these flagships, so these brands should deliver the most features possible to justify the pricing.

Just brands fooling... moreExcept it's not digital zoom but rather just a center crop from a 64MP native RGB sensor.
You should read the S20 review to understand how it's hybrid zoom works instead of assuming stuff...

Huawei starts the Periscope craziness, now apparently every flagship needs one? Every should remember there is a difference between flagship-quality and flagship-numbers.
Adding Periscope and additional hardware like, ToF or Laser Focus modules bumps the price up.
What makes a good flagship?
The latest CPU
High quality OLED Display
Premium build materials..
All-day battery...
Its not rocket science, provided that the price is right.

I take a lot of nature and architecture photos, a good zoom lens really helps because you can't ask a bird or rooftop statue to move closer.

Why do you think cameras bet on huge leg-sized lenses and teleconverters but not on digital zoom?
If digital zoom was any good, companies would save much money betting on it them having multicam setups.

OnePlus 8 Pro was already top end flagship except not having a periscope. Add Periscope sensor and as rumored Leica collaboration phone will cost at least 1300 Euros.
People want top end specs, but somehow expect prices below 1000 price tag...

But even if OnePlus has less, it doesn't make it forgivable, both are guilty of this.
