Wow...I actually agreed with this list. Lol. Nobody gives the Xperia 5 mark ii its respect when it has more hardware than most of the competition.

wongwatt, 01 Jan 2021Without Band 20 4G which us a big deal in the UK...Not only in the UK, but almost everywhere in Europe. There is no reason to buy this model in Europe. Especially when you travel from time to time.

Do you really think they would be dumb enough to give 120Hz to 890 euros phone but not to the 1200 euros one?
Want me to make a list of all Xperia 120Hz including midranges? It starts with 2016 lineup.
Even the tv ad of S20 FE says 120Hz for those that like to scroll. LOL !!!!!
The own phone maker mocks the feature in front of everyone.
Must be nice to play games locked at 60fps by devs (that rarely stays 60 for much longer , all phones drop a bit at least) on those screens and in the end of the day have 20-30% less battery compared to 60Hz mode. Even standby time is affected as well by the way.
Should I mention how many times I have read on other sites, reddit and OEMs' websites forum the comment " Set mine back to 60Hz, the extra power used is not worth." ?
Go to youtube, every video that shows difference between 60-90-120Hz phones, the person does nothing else but scrolling up and down websites.

What's cool is that the Xperia 1 III will further step up the resolution, along with having the modern high refresh rate. Now that should make it the perfect display on a smartphone if it also gets no obtrusive screen cutout like most of the phones nowadays.

nice... our intersection is at sony xperia 5 ii (i prefer 1 ii, thus i bought it, but 5 ii is more for the masses due to hrr) and asus zenfone 7 pro - their similarity is on uninterrupted display, just that they have different ways how to...
