Sony didn't give that option.
"They did have Motion Blur Reduction tech on the Xperia 1 mark ii so they just need to beef that up a little more."
Motion Blur Reduction tech is a gimmick and cannot compensate for a panel which actually has 120hz unlocked.
"Also, 1000 nits? You're practically begging for burn-in pal.
Only cheap panels suffer burn in.
Tell your Sony to spend a little more on better quality panels if they are charging 1200€

They did have Motion Blur Reduction tech on the Xperia 1 mark ii so they just need to beef that up a little more. Hence why I advocate for Sony to move to Sharp's IGZO panels.
Also, 1000 nits? You're practically begging for burn-in pal. Wait until we get micro LED before we get to those nits. Just like hyper-fast 120W charging should wait until Graphene batteries move forward.

wongwatt, 01 Jan 2021Without Band 20 4G which us a big deal in the UK...I know people from UK who are using this phone without any issues.
In UK, Band 20 is a problem only if you are living outside of the cities or in remote country land. Connection would dial down to 3g speeds in these cases.
BTW.. Band 20 is 4g, who cares about 4g when we have 5g?
Did you know....? We already have 5g here in major parts of Europe

Xperia 5 II is 158x68 with 6.1 inch screen
It's not compact in any means and every remote control for tv is pleasant to hold in your hand.
I have a 6 inch screen phone with bezels and is 158.6x75.4 and isnt pleasant to hold in one handed so being 68mm wide it wont be pleasant probably to hold and control one handed too.
Now 149.9 x 69.8 for 6.1 inch screen is slightly more pleasant to hold one handed but still a bit too big
