If you buy a product online you have 14 days return policy, no questions asked.
I didn't said anything to them when I returned the product. I just said I didn't liked the product and I want a refund. After 3 working days, the money were already in my bank account.

I don't mind the extra performance of the Snapdragon variant, since it is only 10 - 15% difference. But what i care is about heat and battery. Many of my friend needed to charge even if they use it from morning at 100%. Their screen on time is around 4 hours to 5 hours. Very dissapointing for an 4500mah battery. But i wonder if that's true. Whereas Huawei phones many people said they have excellent battery life and very very fast charging.

The battery is good, even better now on the one ui 3.0, and is far from slow. You are severely misinformed.

Burak, 04 Jan 2021Generally Samsung has a heating problem. After owning of 2 ... moreI had a Note 10 for about a week. But, I had the opportunity to return it (because EU laws permit it). Display and design were almost perfect. But, I think that is the plus of Samsung, they know how to make a phone capture all the attention. In reality, when you start using that phone day by day, you see that is not that perfect or worth that kind of money.
For me the Note 10 had too much bloatware (many of the apps couldn't be uninstalled), had very poor battery life (4-4.5h screen on time), poor charging speed (even though it was 25W charger, the phone charged in about 80 min). Also, the display didn't feel that smooth at 60Hz. My 90Hz phone felt smoother.
If I have a beautiful phone with beautiful display I want to use it all the time, not keep it charging or look at it only. Lol.

But in reality, not all Chinese companies follow this business model. Only Xiaomi.
One Plus doesn't release so many models (even though they are releasing more than in the past). Realme also doesn't release as many as Xiaomi. For example in 2020 they released only one flagship phone, Realme X50 Pro. I am talking globally of course, not in China.

My 2020 favourites in no particular order and only includes handsets available in the UK.
PREMIUM:
Huawei P40 Pro Plus - The first time I saw a picture taken with it I was adamant it must have been put through a filter. It's no wonder the US is tilting the playing field against Huawei.
MID RANGE:
Oppo Find X2 Neo - great value mid-ranger. Good in all areas and looks more expensive than it is.
BUDGET:
Motorola Moto G9 Play - Not stacked full of bloatware. The smoothness navigating around Android and the camera were betted than I expected at this price point.
DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE YEAR:
Google Pixel 5 - This was on my shopping list to upgrade and keep for at least three years. I'd rather have the Pixel 4 in all honesty. It's a shame that Google again chose to show off Android with what looks like a half hearted effort. Perhaps it's time they brought in third parties again and rebooted the Nexus line.

But many people said huawei phones have weird colours on its photos and videos, i wonder if that's true. Since samsungs, Pixels, iphones have glod colours on their image and video output

So... In another word, Vlad want a phone that looks like Samsung with furnish out of the likes of special 'Porsche, McLaren' from Chinese vendors, with iOS (that runs Android app.. oh wait, that is Oppo Color OS) throw in all the premium stuff like Xiaomi with Huawei camera but cost cheap of sub 500 bucks... Pretty much covers the entire overlapping Chinese phone market?
