Kinda expected Apple will win, since it was biased from day one. It's like telling Samsung, this is US of A, Koreans don't have a chance! So pay up! They should just quit US and concentrate on the rest of the world and let everyone use iPhone in US.

And for the record, use I support Google, why? who the fk would have ever thought a search engine would grow to be THIS big ever. Plus there is only so much you can nitpick at these days anymore because nothing is 'original' any longer. So get over it.

guys need to understand one thing!! there are some basic features and shapes need to be common on all smart phone. without these features they can't be called as a smart phones. The fight is like the car company who invented first with 4wheels bashing the other company not to produce the cars with the same four wheels!! this is absolutely bullshit! it clearly indicates apple don want to see samsung's continuing growth. but apple just have to understand that they have not created a profit out of this fight rather apple gives immense publicity to the world for samsung and their products...!

Most iPhone user are in a cage.
Most of what you can do with your toys is controlled by apple.
No Bluetooth file sharing.
No file explorer.
no direct apps installation unless through I store.
All these is what android offers.
Poor apple, poor iPhones.

Apple has invented the color personal computer.
Has brought the mouse and the GUI to the mass market with the Lisa and the MAC in collaboration with XEROX.
Has invented the touch PDA/Tablet first as a concept in 1986 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3WdS4TscWH8&feature=player_embedded) and then as the Apple Newton in 1992.
Apple created the mobile ARM CPU in a partnership with VLSI.
And all these just in the 80s.

I remember the times when all phones were different and had personality. There was a Motorola CEO once (RIP Geoffrey Frost) who wouldn't let them produce a phone unless you could tell it's a Motorola from 10 feet away. Now they are suing each other over who spent more hours designing a black rectangle. Pathetic.

Imagine if there was only one company allowed to make cars, how little choice there would be. You would have to accept whatever model they released to suit your price, or if you couldn't afford their base model, you couldn't own a car.

most people fail to understand that at the end of the day Samsung did copy a lot of Apple (heck, look at their stores for crying out loud!!) eitherways Samsung would've done the same thing had they been in Apple's shoes, so lets stop making Samsung seem like the hopelessly cornered savior of smartphones in general. Understand w/o Google and Android it wouldn't have gotten far.
