What a load of crap. Apple products are poor design and unrealiable. I had two iphones and nothing but problems, switched to samsung s3 and now I have had the best experience and a reliable handset. Samsung may have taken a few ideas of apple, but at least they know how to develop and make a product that is realiable. All apple know how to do is make money of the consumer and the fools will pay for it.

nekko, 25 Aug 2012first for the first time yeaI'll say the jury are mentally retarded and totally incompetent of technological judgement. Well, at least the case is about phones that are 2 years ago. Today samsung is lightyears ahead of apple. Even if iphone 5 able to top galaxy s3 by that time galaxy s4 will be ready

i'm an Android user and has always found Samsung guilty of the case. NOT with their SII or S3 lineup but with the first gen Galaxy series, especially the Galaxy S and Galaxy Ace.

However, THIS would not change my mind and will still use Android. It's just that Samsung is stubborn sometimes.

Yeah but did apple admit that they're stealing android features in IOS 6 so android are even more guilty

this is absolutely disgusting. Apple has no shame and NO innovation. Apple is the king of taking OLD NEWS technology and making it seem as if they invented it!....ex: Siri. I am ashamed at the decision of the court because it just goes to show that BS "patents" can ruin and hinder innovation and COMPETITION. !!

wow the result shocked me a bit and the statement making me more shocked, why apple why

innovation is about creating something more than before, and Samsung did, not only apple but the statement say apple is the only one being innovative.. c'mon open your eyes apple

I am FIRST! Oh yeah! And by the way, a 1,05 billion $ is kind of steep, even for a big company as Samsung.
