anyone know who created the first LCD monitor for computer? that company can sue nearly all of lcd manufacturers (more than 100 i believe) because they use black border with nearly same design

I used to love Apple's iPhone and iPad but when I tried Android products I instantly fell in love with it. The feeling of having freedom is so great and I never want to go back in Apple's jail or even want to jailbreak.

apple is apple ... it won because it was a genuine product .. why didn't Apple go after Nokia or Sony ??? Nokia is genuine in Design and accessories .. Apple vs Microsoft can never happen in Mobile phone segment

What a load of crap. Apple products are poor design and unrealiable. I had two iphones and nothing but problems, switched to samsung s3 and now I have had the best experience and a reliable handset. Samsung may have taken a few ideas of apple, but at least they know how to develop and make a product that is realiable. All apple know how to do is make money of the consumer and the fools will pay for it.

It is definitely sad that the Jury couldn't see that apple had taken those technology from someone else. The only difference is that they patented it first. To me it is not all that bad. Apple won and Samsung lost but in the end Samsung has the greatest range of consumers and Samsung designers are always going to be more innovative than Apple designers. You will see it too in the New Iphone5. Just another upgrade to iphone4s

Spend more money on REAL innovation but not this petty lawsuit. Apple designed many great products, but from REFERENCING other existing technologies. And they shamefully patented every single tiny little thing so NO ONE else can design anything making sense! Shame on you Apple!
