congratulation judge, now every rectangles with rounded corners in the world are belong to apple. maybe all manufacture in the world should move to circle phone or delta and penta, or everybody should just quit and shut down all smartphone business and let only iphone the one and the only smartphone exist in the world, i once bought your ipod and ipad , but now i swear i will never buy apple product forever again.

I thinkSamsung moving into tizen os next year might be a good idea.....maybe they new this was coming. Where are google in all of this. With there 10,000 patents they have aquired from motorola you think they could have sold some off to samsung to defend itself in these lawsuits with apple.

Android gonna ... morewell,not quite,htc invented sense,which had multi-taping,and a lot of other features,before apple.it's not about android,but who personalized it's software first in order to have this functions,and samsung being behind a lot of others,it's gonna pay.even windows has double-tapping,and other os.problem could be solved even with a circle(button) somwhere on the screen as a shortcut for double-tapping,which is even faster.

and their Battery is the #1 irritating problem... it is not removable... unlike other products...
Apple is sucking peoples money.
think of it, The Iphone's Raw material only cost $180...but the Market Price is $600-$900.
plus, their Screen is very Fragile.... easily damaged when dropped. and the service for the battery replacement is too expensive.... it's like buying a new Ipod(Nano or Shuffle)....so Other people are just being practical... because Apple products are just gimmicks, you can do other things with other gadget without spending too much money on it...
Apple is like the Government, Corrupting the People.

this might be a historic day in technology.
Android gonna change from today.
one of the patent that won apple was pinch to zoom.
2 was double tapping.
is that mean android will not have this feature.
then i will not buy android.
oh,dont be happy ios.
i will newer buy you for sure.
really bad day for samsung.
oh wait, 2 biggest looser will be google.

I dont like the fact that samsung have copied. But Apple does need compition from being a monopoly and price fixing for the consumer.

You didn't realized that Samsung is the one who manufactures your Processor(All Apple Products) and some of your device's Screens...
this will be your greatest fall...
Samsung will pullout their Qualcomm Processor off your Apple Products and your Iphone shall suffer.

if the model or shape of the handheld is the problem, why sam?? i think it similar 2 h*t with win mobile or hp.
if the software is the problem, why sam again?? i think it should be ggl with the aroid.
why ale vs sam?? why not ale vs another company??
any1 already know that sam also produce hardware for handheld which is sell for other company.
i think someone is jealous or afraid or take advantage from this case to promoting their brand. if someone stealing, punishment is a must. neutral n peace

Patent concept is nt simple. Before considering the case of cigarretes and tv ,we should understand the whole concept of patenting. If someone is frank enough ,then he would admit ,that galaxy and touchwiz came oùt of nowhere, suddenly. Galaxy S Was a pure ripoff. Just check nokia touchscreen phones, every touchscreen need nt look like an iphne.

I'm fan of Android and happy with it (Droid Razr). Earlier to trail I was thinking to try iPhone, but not any more. We should ban apple devices.
