The jurors on this trial were obviously bought off and being in California they were biased. The jurors were probably all 50 year old men and women who don't even know how to use a smart phone.

If you are Asian , you will know what I am talking.... Most of Asian immigrant who lives America or Europe , they are basically not happy with their home country or some other reasons... Lucy Ko will not give any better result to Samsung which is Korean company for sure

Well , it's sad to see this , I'm samsung fan and I'll be always samsung fan because they have a very good and cool phones . But what can we do , this is life. But good job Samsung and I hope you will grow up more and more :-) It's not the end of the world but we gonna see what Samsung will do for the future

I think apple should take all patents of geometrical shapes even triangel. Coz they cant fight with samsung or doritos:D

Looks like the samsung fanboys know more about patent laws than the judge and the jury combined. I expected samsung to lose this case when i found out they tried to deceive the court a few weeks ago. I'm guessing now the fanboys would probably claim Apple bribed the judge and the jury or they will say the American system would favour american companies.
What ever helps you sleep at night samsung fan boys!

Copycat got what they deserved, well i didnt expect anything else.
Actually following this case i saw very weak case for samsung and apple hit hard. I'm actually surprised how badly samsung did their week to trying prove they are not guilty, Apple did very strong week.

I respect and love Sony style and attitude,Sony has never copied other technology nor argue with other company when they copied technologies from Sony. As I remember Samsung used to copy some technologies from Sony too. Unlike Apple and Samsung,they just like cat and dog.....they never quit,aren't they ?

I think that Samsung innovation in smartphones is brilliant, but they must pay more attention to design. Although they make the best android phones they certainly are not pretty. Samsung should buy Nokia, Samsung technology in a lumia handset, wow!!!!

I just wonder where they found an unbiased jury that close to apple hq most people I know either have an android phone or an iphone maybe they just found 12 blackberry users....
But I doubt it.
Probably presented as the American iphone vs the foreigners too lol

When i read the verdict about apple vs samsung i smash my iphone 4s to the wall until it scattered, apple is like childish its like when apple selling ice cream and somebody sell with the same flavor they sue in court because they can't compete the palatable.
